I just posted these new pix in my 5 month post-op update, but will add them here, too. I am currently at 5” flaccid and 6” erect, with 5.5” girth. With my AMS LGX I may still gain a little more as time goes on. I am very happy. My wife and I love that I maintained the upward curve as it hits her in all the right places when we have sex so it’s a win-win for both of us.

Very impressive Greg. I have the same implant, although mine is a 15 + 2. I really hope I have the same results as you did (well, keeping the difference in implant size in mind). Do you remember your measurements before your implant? When was your implant and how long did it take you to get those results? I know, I know, I'm a nosey little bugger...

Most of my life my flaccid size was 5” and erect size was 6.5”. Following my Prostatectomy and long term ED it was down to 2” at best soft and often fully retracted. My erect size was 4.5”. My doc said my post op erect size would likely be 4.5” because that was my stretched flaccid size. My surgery was 9/18/17 and probably after 2.5 months I was at this size.

Your penis has been through a lot so I imagine it took a toll on it. If it functions, at least you areback in the game. Unless you were planning to be a porn star, it will likely do what you want it to.

That is very true... if only sex were the only problem. I had all the skin on my shaft replaced. The asshole plastic surgeon made the skin on the bottom of the shaft shorter than the top. When I pee the skin gets in the way and I spray all over the place. I have to sit to pee. I HATE IT. Also, I think there is more penis inside me that can't come out because the skin on the bottom is too short. It gets super tight when I pump. I am to have a consultation in April with my surgeon - Dr. Brock. Maybe him and Dr. Gan (plastics) can do something.

Thank you. As I mentioned in my post it’s the relaxed look of my flaccid state that has changed the most since my last update. It is also much more relaxed when laying down. This shows how my totally deflated device now allows my penis to rest against my body as it always used to. For the first couple months it would point to the ceiling and then it gradually decreased to the stage it is at now. Being married it didn’t bother me much that it stood up, but for single guys who don’t want it looking too obvious something is different down there, it can look natural again in time.
