Peyronie's
2. The type of incision and insertion
Degloving - circumcision scar
Scrotal incision
Infa pubic
3. Competency of your surgeon.
Pump to high - guarranteed revision. Ka ching
Twisted tubing - another revision
Floppy glans - incompetent surgeon
Possible Infection.
In spite of all the possible complications, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Fortunately, my local urologist surgeon is tops and with an infra pubic incision, I was back working in a week. Cycling in three weeks and fucking in 28 days. Find a competent surgeon. Not necessarily a superstar

Keep in mind this surgery includes putting plastic pieces in your body that are irritating the tissue around them as that tissue heals and gets used to the new prosthetic.
That's 3 parts with 3 different, very unique pain discomfort during healing. Scrotum irritation from pump/valve, cylinder pain in the shaft and the more odd feeling internal pain of the reservoir behind your intestines near your abdomen. Affecting your posture and how you carry yourself & walk.

You'll want to keep an eye on discharge after surgery. Sitting for long periods of time you'll probably want to keep gauze in a pocket for replacing it during your shift. Otherwise you'll have discharge in your underwear and gauze is easier to replace than a pair of dirty underwear.

You won't be able to lift more than a backpack for 4 weeks at minimum. (my doc said 15lbs max)
That's to keep all internal and external stitches in place.
If you tear or injure those or get an infection, imagine going through the whole surgery again to repair things or worse a full removal and wait 5 months to get a new implant. Take all precautions post surgery to keep those risks to a minimum

It's getting getting down to the wire so I hope by now you've taken off 4-8 weeks for healing time.

Our dicks can go forever, but the support systems for it can not. They did not get upgraded.
