My dick hurts when I press on it or try to feel pleasure.
This includes the pain of cycling. It's like the opposite happens. (pain point memory or something? I anticipate the pain and my body tries to tell me not to do it?)
I used to touch and arouse my dick and it would feel good.
Touching it now or trying to arouse it feels more painful or foreign (the crinkling of plastic cylinders).

It's an adjustment no doubt.

Yes, you will be fine. My surgeon told me: "at three months, you will feel normal again". That being said, it is true that you have a new dick. It is indeed different then your old dick. Currently, you have some pain overlay when you mess around with it; so, of course, your urges to play will be dampened. This will pass when all pain is gone. As you state though, you have a different dick now. It is bionic and infinitely better than your impotent nearly worthless dick. Of course, it will be different for you, and also different for your girlfriend. In my opinion, the bionic dick is far far far far better.

... I really can't wait to fuck her brains out. That's the confidence I'm used to now that I have the implant! .....

Yes, the confidence of being bionic is a truly awesome feeling. Once you have learned and perfected your bionic capabilities, when leading your woman into the bedroom you will the sense that you "will always be the boss" in the bedroom with great stamina to pleasure her to the maximum.
The below picture, graphically shows what some bionic men feel like when walking into the bedroom with their woman:

I also feel a little nervous about the first time I have sex with her. One being this is basically a completely different dick than she's fucked for the last 4 years.
My old dick curved up a little and of course wasn't full of plastic. The shape is different(maybe not by a lot but still). I wonder how different it will feel to her.
My glans provide maybe a half inch of soft flesh before the tips are felt. Engorgement isn't automatic or consistent necessarily.
Even with a non-engorged penis I hope penetration is 1.) achievable and 2.) still feels good for her (and me of course)
She's supportive for sure I just hope the idea of me fucking her with an implant doesn't get stuck in her head.

Yes, it will be like she has a new penis to have sex with. The advantage is that you can say "this new dick will NEVER fail you" and the new dick is "adjustable in firmness." As per other posters, it likely is smart to not fullly inflate for your first time, letting her know that you will go gentle at first, but she can have more as things progress if desired.

Funny enough with the reduction of random arousal and sexual fantasizing, has also come a stronger connection to my girlfriend physically. A very organic, carnal desire. When I touch her soft skin or smell her, I feel drawn to her more than I used to.

This is a key concept about being impotent that many implanted males, (and the two partners of bionics that I have seen video interview of) have discussed.

When you are impotent, the relationship suffers because of the bitterness and shame you both feel from failed sex attempts. In a couple of video interviews on line that I have seen on wives of implanted males, the wives state that erectile dysfunction leads to a pulling apart of the relationship and a loss of intimacy. If nothing is done, then the relationship moves into a sexless plutonic mode which can have a bitter overlay of envy regarding what you once had (or what other couples might have). One of the wives stated "to do nothing, well, that could lead to disaster". So your remarks about your increased attraction for the girlfriend are in line with the idea that sex does indeed play a central role in a romance. (note: this does not apply to everyone, there are many couples out there who get along fine wihtout sex, and many males who also can get along without it --- but I am not one of them, and I suspect those who subject themselves to the risks/pain/uncertainties/expense of implantation are part of a spcial breed that I have tried to describe in the above words)

I hope penetration is 1.) achievable and 2.) still feels good for her (and me of course)
She's supportive for sure I just hope the idea of me fucking her with an implant doesn't get stuck in her head.

Just my insecurities and doubts coming to bother me. lol I know it'll be okay. Just some hurdles to get over mentally.
As noted in other threads, an implant doesn't magically cure you of anxiety or other emotional quandaries.
Setting yourself up thinking it does, will only make the reality worse; that it's not a cureall.

Yes, penetration will be completely achievable (you can throw away your ED damaged brain insecurity starting now -- congrats). Whether it feels good to her is likely since women enjoy hardness a bunch; and you can provide great performance in terms of thrusting consistency and hardness (review my thread on "advanced sex techniques for bionics"). The psyche concern that you have :regarding ".. the idea of me fucking her with an implant doesn't get stuck in her head...." is valid. My wife still wishes she "was sexy enough to induce a natural erection in me" and she never got over the concept "that I had to put a needle in my dick to get hard" back when I was using injections. So, she was not real keen on the concept of me getting an implant since it "was not natural". Oh well, as above, I could not see going forward with a sexless life, so the decision was easy and I got the implant for me. This is a key concept: "a man gets the implant for himself". You should not get it to please others, or to save a relationship. You should get it because it is what you want to do, or need to do so that you can have sex.

many of us have extolled the wonders of how the implant has improved our overall outlook on life. that is true, but generally for those who got it "for themselves." Your statement :
an implant doesn't magically cure you of anxiety or other emotional quandaries. Setting yourself up thinking it does, will only make the reality worse.
nicely sums up the grandeur and limitations of this surgical cure
"Strive to find the best surgeon--experience really matters"
(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Thank you so much tangerine for your thoughtful and detailed response.
It truly means the world :)

Hturner, we haven't planned a date date. We may do a stay-cation and do like a bed and breakfast around the cities. Or simply do dinner, and get a hotel room.

Day 27th March 4th

My thoughts and worries of course were washed away today.
My girlfriend and I were making out this morning when we woke up and I started to play with her.
I had pumped a few times to get my dick to lay a little more comfortably when I woke up.
As I played with her, she started stroking my leg. I told her it was pumped a little if she wanted to touch it.
I said that it might feel a little different than before. When she grabbed it she said it felt just like my original dick.
She also asked me to pump it a few more times so I did that. pumping up is amazing it takes no time at all! I actually pumped it from around the back ( I was laying on my left side) under between my legs.
I also used my right hand(I usually use my left) I gave it about 4 or 5 half pumps so it took like 10 seconds to go from half stiff to 3/4 stiff. Amazing.
I couldn't imagine if she had said "okay go from a little chub to full boner now." pre-implant.
I would've failed miserably under the pressure normally.
Now I just squeeze a little and there ya go.

So I pumped it til the glans were about to get sore.
She got some almond oil on her hands and she gave me some much needed attention.
She didn't get me to full orgasm, but it was still great. She's being gentle so I appreciate that soft touch.

We're at 28 days tomorrow which is technically a month.
I may message my surgeon to see if he thinks it's time.
He had said 4-6 weeks we could start having sex. So if he says go ahead, We'll start very gently.
I don't have another appointment set up so he may simply ask for a pic of the stitches or something.

Anyway, things are going well.
I was a little sore from laying on the couch for a few hours not moving much.
Felt the left side cylinder sort of ache and pinch. I gave it a few pumps and it felt better.

Pump is in a good spot, valve is easy to grab, shaft is getting less sore each day.
Onwards and upwards!

Good for you that she accepted it. You can tell her she can have serveral lovers with you. Just depends on how much you pump . The ultimate role play.

More emphasis on "bed" than on "breakfast" I would assume. ;)
(Of course you need breakfast to renew your body strength so you can enjoy the bed more.) ;)

Jackhammer,
I am so happy for you. A lot of men fear getting an implant, but stories like yours, mine, and so many others show that having the balls to take that leap is worth it. Having a bionic dick doesn't have to be mechanical or seem artificial. What you described in that intimate moment when your gf got the oil and lovingly massaged your cock shows just how natural and normal our new and improved dicks can be. I hope you get the green light for sex, but if you have to wait another week or two, I swear it is worth it. I was approved at 5 weeks and since you are a young, healthy guy, you may be ready.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

My congratulations as well, although I was sorry to hear that your "duck" has ED as well and needed to be a member of our bionic brotherhood.   Thanks Greg, I needed that little chuckle. In all seriousness Jackhammer, I am quite certain that your doctor will clear you for take-off just as soon as you feel comfortable. Word of advice, at least for the first little while, use lots of lube... it will make things a lot more comfortable for you and therefore more enjoyable. :)

Larry,
I didn’t realize there was a typo. I corrected it.

Jackhammer,
I am sure you have read in other posts that many of us bionic guys and our sex partners prefer not to be fully inflated for sex. My wife and I are very happy when my cock is at about 75%.

Greg, if you corrected the type o then my post is not funny anymore and my little chuckle is all for nothing..:) So far I have pumped up all the way (I think) and when I ask my wife, she says she likes it just the way it is. Maybe if I was hung like the elephant man she wouldn't like it.. :)

Larry,
It’s the hardness, not the length my wife objects to and I find uncomfortable.
