One year post revision #2

So...a year after my second revision....all is pretty much OK! I still have cold glans, I'm still just under 5" in length and girth. I have one more "numb spot" than previously. That said, my Titan operates easily, both inflating and deflating. I've had a fair amount of help inflating and a couple of girls bold enough to try deflating. I still drip a little pee here and there...from implants or RP, hard to say. It's not a real problem.

By far, the best news for me is that my orgasms are back and are usually the very intense "Post RP Super Orgasm". The bad news is...I can't come that way in cowgirl, which has given me the best orgasms since first implanted. The good news is....the Lazy Doggie. I can finish nearly every time in the lazy doggie. Today I had a long whimpering Lazy Doggie orgasm and about 10 minutes later, another long whimpering orgasm in missionary.

So....nearly six years implanted and on my third implant, I'm glad I'm not living the "soft dick" life I was living between RP and implant.

First surgeon "misrepresented" his experience (my opinion) and caused several problems. Dr Perito fixed all, well, nearly all..... Skill of surgeon, skill of surgeon, skill of surgeon...... Have I recently said 'Dr Perito is my hero'?.... Dr Perito is my hero!!!

Sorry I dont know what you mean misrepresented? What problems did you experience. I ask because I feel I will need a revision as my inital surgery feels botched

LMCatman, Specifically what was wrong with your first two implants. I have seen several videos done by Dr. Perito... If I had been near him I was impressed enough with him that I would have had him do my surgeon. Instead, I got the Canadian version of the "Wonder Docs".

About my first implant.....

"Misrepresented".... 'I do those all the time, I did 3 last week'....based on my results and a discussion with the Coloplast rep, who I now know personally, I don't believe him.

"Crossed"...about an inch out from the base on my penis, one "balloon"* crossed over into the "cavern" of the other "balloon". This caused a severe bend, 45 degrees or so, down and to the left. We deflated, my penis wanted to (painfully) curl down and to the left. Two implants later, I'm still "adjusting" it up and to the right multiple times per day. Dr Perito fixed that.

"pump migrated"... while the first pump was never easy to operate, particularly to deflate, after about 9 months, it "migrated to a spot next to the inside of my thigh to where I could not get my finger on the "second button" to deflate. I stayed about 50% inflated for the next appx. 3 months while I got a second opinion (during a trip to Nashville) and then arranged to see Dr Perito and get the revision. The doctor in Nashville said 'I've never seen one turn out like this. They're not supposed to turn out like this. I can fix it but, seeing where you live, you should go see Dr Paul Perito in Miami'. Dr Perito fixed that.

"Cold head"....as the pain finally started to subside, I started noticing my glans seemed cold most of the time. Sitting at the slot machines, I kept one hand in my lap to keep me dick warm. I believe the first doctor "nicked" the little blood vessel on the top side of the penis that "feeds" blood to the glans. Dr Perito did not fix that.

So........in closing.....I LOVE MY IMPLANT!!!! Good Luck Guys....

I also celebrated my fourteenth month of my second implant revision. The first was done by Dr Ginsberg USC. It worked perfect for fifteen years. It was an Ultrex. Then it just quit working. The ball collapsed and would not inflate, so immediately I decided to go for a revision and had it done in southern Ca by Dr IIbeigi Pedram. He done an excellent job on the revision using the latest technology. He measured with special instrument the length inside and installed a 18cm LGX.

Fourteen months later, I feel so normal that I would recommend having the surgery. Best decision I have ever made. I do exercise it every night and it has really increased in size, girth and length. One happy camper!
