Hi All,
I have a couple of injections left which i mistakenly left out of the fridge for 2 days. I have put them back in the fridge. Do you think they will still work at all? My next batch arrives next week.

It will still work. You might have weakened it somewhat but it should still work. I used injections for 10 years before implant and was on quadmix before implant

Based on my readings, the alprostadil component of the mix is probably measurably weakened but the other ingredients not so much.
I'm no medical professional but as for the sterility of the mix I'm guessing that's more dependent on your prior handling.

When I first started, I left a vial out for a week and it still worked quite well.

Yes they should still work. Perhaps a little weakened.

Question, dr said trimix once thawed need to use all of it in 3 days, I get 2 shots per vial, what will happen if I keep in fridge but don't use it for 5 or 6 days?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
From my own readings of the posts in the injections forum it seems that the vast majority of posters freeze their meds and thaw just long enough to fill their syringe(s) and immediately refreeze. That is what I do.

Re: Forgot to refrigerate - still work?
I can confirm that using injections (mine is Invicorp) having left them out of the fridge for 2-3 days has minimal impact.
