Combining Pills and Injections for Rehab

Please if you have any experience of using pills like Viagra and Cialis with injections can you please share your experiences.

To kick this off I am not suggesting using oral and injected meds at the same time. After several years with no real result from the pills Trimix injections have suddenly given me something to get excited about. Following watching Dr Mulhall's video on ED treatments at Memorial Sloan Kettering I took his idea of alternating therapies. The first time I tried Viagra after trimix success, wow! A 90% erection good enough for intercourse - and I was only using the med for penile rehab, honest! Since then I have been trying to have two full-on trimix experiences every week and half doses of Viagra on the in between days.

Not only has my response to PDE-5 inhibitor meds rocketed, but so has my sensitivity to trimix. I have had to cut trimix dose from 1.4ml to 0.5ml, and I'm still experiencing very hard erections that last well in excess of 2 hours. Given the time I have experienced post prostatectomy ED, this seems a remarkable turnaround in just a few months. When I see guys who are new here in despair about their ED just 3 months or so out from surgery I think, how bad that their expectations have been unrealistically high. I had the same feelings for 3 agonising years.

I hope this can be an encourager for some of those guys as well as provide some sort of comparison of guys reactions to "the Mulhall approach".

I was on daily Cialis (10 mg) which had very disappointing effects on my long established ED. I still needed 50 mg of Viagra and a tight cock ring in order to achieve an erection capable of penetration. ( i was up to 100 mg of Viagra before going on the daily Cials regemin.) When the Uro started me on Trimix in August, he never addressed the daily Cialis, so I continued to use it. Although the Trimix worked wonders, I still had problems on non-Trimix days without the cock ring. As the Trimix started to rehab my tissues, I started to wake up with slight woodies every day. Not great but something I had not experienced in about 15 years. After about three weeks on Trimix, I was able to achieve a 90% erection on non-Trimix days with 50 mg of Viagra. However, they start to fade after 10 minutes and I have to revert to a tight cock ring to bring it back.

When I mentioned to the Uro that I was still on daily Cialis he seemed surprised, but when I mentioned that it was helping me on non-Trimix days, he backed off and just cautioned me to be careful and not get too aggressive.

My response to the original question is that Trimix has turned my sex life around and the lower doses of erection pills afford me additional pleasure that 100 mg of Viagra could no longer accomplish.
