Penoscrotal or Infrapubic approach ???

Well surgery date set for March 22. Just some comments or opinions please .......
My first surgery in 2014 was done Penoscrotal. The second surgery was done Infrapubic.
The scar is noticeable on the infrapubic and wasn't on the penoscrotal. I ask the doctor and he ask if I had a preference?? I told him I would let him know. I have been searching information on the internet. One of the well known doctors states the the penoscrotal approach allows better placement and sizing than Infrapubic.
I have had both but I am not sure which way to go. The second implant was larger than the first but I really couldn't tell any difference. In fact I thought I had a shorter penis after the second surgery. Both implants were Titans. The first had the One Touch Release the second did not. The OTR felt very good and worked great except for hitting the release a couple of times when in the bedroom. The second implant the pump always felt smaller and a little quirky. After this new surgery I may find the pump is where the failure has occurred....time will tell.
Just sort of want some ideas and opinions.....

Like you I have heard the Penoscrotal method makes it easier for the doctor to properly size the device and allows him to better position the pump. It seems there are more instances of revisions to lower the pump in the scrotum when the infra pubic method was used. In my case I am a nude model, posing for college art classes so I was also concerned about the visible scar from the infra pubic method if I have my pubic hair trimmed or shaved. I like that my scar has disappeared into the texture of my scrotal skin.

After two Titans have failed do you plan to try a third? Or, have you looked at the AMS alternatives?

Well I really like the Titan. The doctor said I needed the Titan because of my girth. I have always considered myself on the smaller side but he said my girth was large. Guess going back with a Titan because its covered under warranty.

Tom, Do you like your Titan? Was in placed through scrotum or Infrapubic? Do you have the one touch release? How many pumps does it take to get a full hard erection? Thanks!
