Titan Implant

I had the Titan implant done three weeks ago today, even when it is deflated it is still pretty hard. It also doesn’t drop naturally when flaccid. Have others found this to be true and if so does it change over time?

Titans are firmer than AMS devices. I have an AMS and even mine stuck out at first and has relaxed over the 5.5 months I have had it. I have seen pix here of guys with Titans and some seem to hang straight down and some stand out. I assume the bigger and heavier your penis is, the more likely it will hang, but we all are built different and there are guys without implants whose dicks hang and others who stand out. I don’t know that there is a norm.

Thank you Greg, the doctor told me to "Mold" it everyday to where I want it to go. He bent the shit out of it and it immediately stopped going to the left which was very encouraging, now I have to get it to go down.
Do you think over time this will happen???

As I said, there are guys here whose Titans hang down and some whose Titans stand out. If yours hung down before implant I would think it is more likely yours will eventually hang with your implant.

I’m 3 months on and it does but be prepared for a bulge! Can be a little disconcerting in tight jeans!! Lol

Here is my implanted dick in flaccid mode ..... 13 months post op.
To begin with and for a few months it was sideways and pointing out and an inch shorter, but now, with a few pumps in, it hangs quite naturally, so be re-assured..... in time all will be awesome.
Now I pump up to 7” for an overall gain of about 3/4 “ from flaccid.
Girth is a tad under 6” and my cock now works perfectly.
I don’t think I lost much through the surgery but then I didn’t go around measuring my appendage.
I agree with Merrix.... my cycling days are coming to a close.
I just use it regularly for sex now and pump up to very, very slight discomfort only a couple of times a week...mostly out of habit.
I hope this helps dispel any minor (that seem major) worries you may be having.
