Do not get Ejaculation and Erection mixed together. The implant will fix the erection problem. Ejaculation should not be effect by the implant kinda it may take you longer and once you do you can keep on going. The prostate and balls control that process

Prior to getting an implant my issue was having a dick like a limp noodle and cumming while soft to semi-hard. It was becoming rare to be fully hard so it lacked the full enjoyment I had in my younger years. I agree 110%... my problem is that my wife feels the exact same way. I have only had an orgasm 3 of the 5 times we have had sex since being implanted. The other 2 I had to fake it or she would have been very upset.

I am very envious of your "raging cummer" status. At my peak I only had three small squirts so once I got to the point of no return, it was all over pretty quickly. A lot of the guys here with implants have had Prostate Cancer, followed by Prostatectomies. After that, if you don't know, we no longer shoot a load. After that, but before my implant, I noticed my orgasms were more intense, but also more difficult to achieve with a limp dick. Now that I have the implant, my cock is hard and those orgasms feel great. Before my goal had always been on ejaculating and now that I don't I notice every little sensation. Before I had those three quick spurts, but now I notice more contractions so my pleasure lasts longer.

You say you obviously don't want an implant if you can't cum. I am no doctor, but I think your ED affects your ability to get hard, which impacts your ability to cum. My guess is you will shoot your load like you did before once you have an implant and can get hard so it is easier to ejaculate. But, if for some reason, it changes, I am proof that you can have an intense orgasm without shooting a huge load. If you choose not to get an implant you likely won't cum, if you are having trouble now, and you won't get hard, if you aren't now. That does not sound like a great solution.
