There is a phrase that says, “Time flies when you are having fun.” The past 6 months since I received my implant have flown by and indeed I am having fun. It was pretty uncomfortable tbh. By the time my I got home my dick was screaming for relief, and that was just a 4 hour shift.
Today I'm rocking the separate pouch underwear and they are so much more comfortable but really emphasize the erection in my pants, already had several people notice.
