I've worn both the double pouch and the micro modal low rise briefs I like the look and feel of the micro modal low rise briefs best but they allow my never-flaccid Titan to just stick out with a pretty obvious bulge. The double pouch ones do hold my dick downward and solve the bulge problem. They also help prevent the scrotum rub on my thighs when walking (my scrotum is still swollen 5 months out). But the double pouch briefs are not low rise and remind me of Grandma panties. So, I roll the waistband down and they work OK. I wish David Archy would make a low rise version of the double pouch. I've also worn Jockey Elance and they hide the bulge well but leave the scrotum rub. When wearing them I have to use baby powder on my scrotum and thighs. Just my experience.
