I was rooting for you this weekend. Actually told my wife about what happened on your scheduled "sex day". Question.... when your girl friend asked if you wanted to have sex did you have to excuse yourself to go pump up or did you just do it in front of her. The reason I ask is that via Doctors orders, I cannot begin cycling until I'm 6 weeks post op (I will should be able to have sex then too). I have been exploring the pump everyday as I have been instructed to pull it down to keep it low. I have tried to squeeze the bulb and am able to get some of the fluid into my dick but quickly let. (the pump is as hard as a golf ball so it takes me several tries to squeeze it a little bit) So long story short I would think that the first time my wife and I have sex it would take me quite some time to get things ready for business. This is one thing she hated about my Trimix shots.

Had same problem, had to tell my wife to wait while I pumped up,messed up the mood, so now pump up most of the way before starting

Did you have difficulty pumping up? The previous two posts are AMS implants and yours is Titan which, soon, will be my implant of choice. Is the difficulty these guys have brand related? Like Johnny, "wait till I go get ready" is not very romantic and mood setting!! It is not for me, now that I'm on Trimix. I'm hoping this issue will be minimized (for the most part) with implant.
