There is no way I could do that. When I touch the tip of my glans and push very lightly, I feel
The cylinder tips. It you push down on your glans, can you feel your cylinder tips? Did your doctor mention any scar tissue or anything preventing him from getting the tips way up into the glans?

My surgeon is Mr Muneer at UCLH in london. I agree. I mean I could probably still have sex with it as I did notice some engorgment in the head today which helped a little but overall surely the cylinder should be the whole point of it. Not relying on having engorgment to be able to have sex.. thats the whole reason i got the implant as Its rare. Thanks for the replies everyone. I know it sounds weird but if anyone would be able to show me theirs so i got something to compare it to?

For some reason my pix are not loading in a PM but do load here. One shows my finger pushing as far as I can on the glans tip before it touches the cylinder tip. The other two show pushing as fast as I can up and down on my glans before the implant prevents further movement.

Hey thanks for sending this. Frustrating but definitely confirms I feel about 1.5 inches short of cylinders. Quite demotivating. I hope no scar tissue forms in its place now!

The tubes are suppose to be pulled all the way up into the gland. If you notice on some video's provided it will show that they pull the cylinders through a couple of pin holes on the gland and they pull them as far as it is allowed. They are suppose to measure to see what size of cylinders to use.

But I would wait at least three weeks before any kind of inflating starts. Every case is different I suppose, but I just had my revision about fifteen months ago and I know it took longer to heal up on the revision, but it healed up nice and am very happy with the LGX 18cm.

I would ask the surgeon about your concerns, but I would not inflate yet. You could reopen where the incision was made.

That's a really good point. I remember that I had two small round scabs on the glans where punctures were made to pull the cylinders into position by threads. I don't see those marks in Ruktitan's pictures.

I do have two very tiny dark marks on the head I believe the thread was pulled through. I just cant see how that can be the very end. Are your cylinders both right to the end of your glans then?
