What issue other than a dr did am improper job of sizing his immplant and not postioning it right. Which the only way to fix it is remove it and replace it.

I know yall look at things more politely and your medical system is differant. You stated dont say any thing bad about this dr to the other dr. Really ? Is the UK that problematic. Here that would be close to grounds for malpratice.

The problem in the UK is a two tiered system. One is for paying clients like me. Or using their own money. The other is a state funded system called the NHS where treatments are paid out of tax payers money. I believe this guy used the latter. If this was a private client I’m sure they would be camped in the surgeons doorstep and yes screaming blue murder. Not so easy inside the state system here in uk. None the less this is a dreadful outcome and I know he is going to meet the surgeon this week.
I too felt the angst of the “dr fucked you” comment. My point simply was it doesn’t help the guy who already knows that.

To all commentators. All posts are valid. I was simply saying one comment was a little OTT.

This guys has had a dreadful result and he will be chasing the surgeon and I’m sure he will need an immediate revision. We stand shoulder to shoulder to support him until it’s sorted. It is an odd place the UK where Drs do share info. None the less they are ultimately accountable for poor or bad practice.

Our hearts and prayers go out to any brother who implant outcome is less than favorable. Although one would wonder why any Dr. who inserts an implant can't ff measure a dick. They should be forced to live with their own f ups.

Yes this was done through the NHS meaning you almost have to tread carefully as its a non emergency procedure (at least to them). If you dont word things correctly or please the right people you can end up back at your GP trying to get referrals again. The two main sugeons that are at london work in the same department so im sure they speak. I will give my sugeon the chance to recognise his error if not i will request a change.

Does anyone know how quickly you can have revisions done after surgery?
29 years old. Suffered with ED since 17. No known cause. First Implanted date 23/3/2018. Cylinders way too short and revised by different surgeon 2019. 22cm titan.

You will be fine I’m sure. The evidence is undeniable with the pictures you have posted. There’s simply no excuse I can see. Stay strong.

God forbid the surgeon suggest that your penis should shrink to fit the implant.

It saddens me when a brothers implant has complications. While we certainly don't know the whole story here. If a surgeon has less than favorable results (tube twisted, pump placed too high (some are famous for this) damage to nerves), any competent surgeon should correct his own mistake or he or she as no right to call him/herself a surgeon or ever touch another dick. I wish every surgeon was as awesome as mine. Perfection, pump placed right the first time and tips well into the glans. What is it with these surgeons who might as well schedule your revision. Don't they know or care that they are not doing it right. Is money everything?

I too am deeply disturbed by this entire mess. Especially they part where you have to tread lightly... Maybe a phone to the media (just saying that he screwed up and the band of brothers are sticking together. :(

While Hugh doesn't always say things all nicey, nicey, he always says it like it is. I would certainly hope that only supportive members would post here, and if that is not the case, I WILL delete the message. I have read ALL of Hugh's posts since taking over as moderator and I can assure all members that, while he might not always have a very nice, fluffy tongue, he is supportive. And my brother Donny, our man of the cloth, is our spiritual leader and our voice of reason.

Donny, tonight, when you are saying your bedtime prayers, please offer a special prayer for our suffering brother in the UK and pray for a speedy, proper resolution to all of this mess.

Thanks gang.

Larry
