1.) You asked about playing basketball, and in fact no one gave you an appropriate answer, and I got the same question about soccer / european football - would I have to wear a suspensorium during a soccer game ? Usually the penis retracts when doing high intensity activities, but after an implant it does not do that anymore. So we have a big schlong lurking around between the legs, which is a bigger target for a hit with a ball or the knee.

Or other scenario, - what if I get fouled and dive over the ground on my stomach, my schlong will be oposed to the ground etc..

2.) How many revisions are actually possible ? I read about someone who got his first implant in the 70ties and had his 7th revision but barely has any sensation left and a lot of scarring / loss of length etc..

3.) Which device is better for hiding the implant in the bedroom ? Would one with an 6.8 inch length and an 6 inch girth penis need a titan ?

Really curious about your second question. I really wonder if you can just keep getting revisions. If you were to lose length each time how would 10 revisions be possible?

As long as you are sized properly, and don’t have any scarring or peyronies you should lose nothing at all with your first implant. After that, you’ll probably gain size with revisions. The implant stretches the penile tissue over the years of cycling.

Awesome, thanks. These sort of answers are comforting after reading random horror stories from other sites

4. I do have a slight drip after urinating. Just takes a few more seconds of shaking the penis afterwards lol. I believe it’s simply because of the larger flaccid size.
5. I like the bulge. If you don’t compression shorts help.

No problem. I’d say FrankTalk is the best source of real life implant experiences IMO. Take your time and read as many threads as you can. You will see it all. The good, the bad and the ugly.

Ask your Dr. for specifics. If he mentions loss of size. Run. He is covering his own ass. Mine said I would lose absolutely no size. He was right. If he mentions that your pump may need lowering. Get away from him. Some doctors are famous for guarranteed revision because pump is placed too high. If you can get testimonials, great. Do your research and trust your gut. Not all hot shot surgeons are that hot! Find one that takes time and care of you. Not a 20 minute assembly line. Next!

Thank you Donnie! I think there are a few decent surgeons in Houston. For my sake if I decide to get an implant hopefully this is the case

I agree. I had a replacement (after my first one wore out after 12 years) and after serious cycling I have not lost any length at all.

In general, if an event (e.g. doing a face plant) will not damage an unimplanted penis, it will not damage an impoant or the penis that surrounds it.

I do find that I sit down more carefully becausecof the pump, but the most inconvenient maneuver (for me) is getting out of my car.

NONE of the foregong cojes anywhere near giving me second thoughts about getting the implant
