Harder Flaccid Penis - Sore From Rubbing Inside Pants

I am having a bit of a problem - looking for some input. I have a Coloplast implant and my flaccid penis (completely deflated) is getting sore from rubbing on the inside of my pants as I walk. Have any of you experienced this? What did you do about it?

I don't have my implant yet, scheduled for early June, but I've done some reading here that may help. I'm planning on buying some of the David Archy underwear that has a separate pouch for the penis. This is the link on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DYNPG68/re ... QAbZTAZT2T

There are a couple threads in the implant forum that discuss these, just do a search for "David ArchY" and you'll find them.

Other people have said they just need to wear tighter underwear than normal. Some have changed from boxers to boxer briefs. They then position the shaft in different ways depending on the pants they are wearing.

Considering the Coloplast is so rigid, I wonder if that would be par for the course?

I had that issue early on as well but cleared up on its own.

I bought Fruit of the Loom jockeys one size too small so they would hold me "up and to the right".....

Hey there Robbo
I had the same issue and tried 2 things
1. I trimmed a toilet roll to the correct length and used a piece of paper surgical tape to secure it around the base (close to the abdomen)....it worked quite well by creating a sort of foreskin.... I am cut.
2. I bought a roll of that stretchy 1” self sticking non-adhesive surgical tape and created a foreskin by cutting a length about 9” and wrapping the glans.....it really worked well

I have that on occasion, but it's more of a turn on than an irritation.....it did irritate me somewhat after the surgery for a few months but now it's gone and it's nothing that I think about......
