I totally see your dilamma. I’m 53, single with a very active dating life with 3 girls in their 20’s and early 30’s. No, I did not reveal that I’m using injections, but after a year everything is going so well.
Sounds like insurance and cost is an issue for you. Why not give injections a try. It cost $200. Yes, you have to plan, but the erections are natural with no side effects at all. You can get your confidence back and have a lot of fun. You can always go for the implant like probably I will when the time comes.
All the best!

NO SIDE EFFECTS??? Really??? I can't even begin to tell you of the number of members that report HORRIBLE side effects. You might not but, others get bad ones.

Thank you for bringing that up.
What I meant is not general side effect like headaches, vision and hearing problems, heartburn, muscle ache, red eyes, blushing. These are usually associated with pills.

Injections have local side effects as I understand it. Mainly pain in the penis. This could be managed by experimenting with the mix and dosage.

I’m not saying injections are perfect and working for everyone. Just suggested to the original poster to give it a try before the ultimate approach of the implant.

All the best.

I was on tri mix with great success for 3 years and none of my partners were the wiser male or female. The problem for me it began to burn after injection with a lot of pain. I got to point where I avoided sex. Went to urologist and ultrasound showed severe Venus leak. I got implanted 5 weeks ago and it sucked but can see light!

NO SIDE EFFECTS!! 30% of guys are allergic to the PGE-1 in tri-mix. 5 units of a weak mix will give me unbearable pain. But Bi-mix may work.

Yeah, some guys do get the pain but there's many thousands of guys happily using injections. I've talked to a number of compounding pharmacies when searching for the ideal pharmacy for me and they are selling tons of the stuff. For most guys the stuff is great. I'm just glad I discovered the compounded alternative as the Edex name brand stuff was horribly expensive. The expense isn't even an issue for me with the compounded stuff. It's cheap!
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Ok, understood. While I personally don't agree with you, I respect your right to voice your opinion in a calm, professional manner. Before my implant in February 2017, I was injecting...I absolutely HATED it. It was very expensive, painful (I think mostly because the medication was cold), I missed 50% of the time and was told NOT to retry, it wrecked the mood and the 50% of the time it worked, it hurt so bad I couldn't achieve the big O. Injections definitely were NOT FOR ME. :)
