Im sure there's lots of skilled surgeons out there. But just the fact Kramer posts all his videos to the public makes him well known. From what I can see in his videos it seems he revises a lot of botched surgeries from other surgeons. HAvent heard much of him misplacing pumps. Also, I think pumps kind of tend to rearrange themselves in most guys... some in places where they might cause discomfort.. but I don't think this is solely the surgeons fault.
If you have not heard about the amount of repositioning, you either have not being around for a while, or just have not read the postings.
All docs have some number of less than ideal outcomes. It stands to reason that if you have 2 docs with exactly the same skills and exactly the same ratio of good/bad outcomes the doc who does X times more procedures will have X times more sub-par outcomes. But he or she will also have X times more great outcomes. Kramer happens to do more procedures than most docs.
And he does his procedures very quickly, minimizing the time for exposure to infection.
We know there are docs out there who shouldn’t be doing this procedure whose outcomes suck either because of the number of bad outcomes or because of the severity of the fuck up if one happens. I don’t put Kramer in that category.
And yes, my pump originally ended up too high. He fixed it. I’ve moved on. I’m happy and will go back to him again if and when my LGX ever fails.
