Hey Genesis but the situation of your glans is ok? Does it enlarge normally?

you only use the bands for the shaft of the penis, not for the glans?

I use the band for spongiosum function (glans), it goes from the underside of the penis along the urethra to the glans and causes the swelling of the glans.

For me when I get glans engorgement it makes my dick round out and look totally natural and my glans swell up really big, it almost looks too big for my shaft lol.

It's the same issue I dealt with before the implant. But the biggest problem I had pre implant was cavernosum engorgement or the shaft. It was never hard enough for sex. Now I can fuck anytime, literally.
The implant fixes this problem 100% and this goes for everyone.

So for me there is no need for extra engorgement of the shaft or cavernosum just the underside that is supplied by the glans flow (spongiosum ).

I hope all that makes sense, I know I don't have the most elegant or economical use of words

That's interesting about having to go around the scrotum.

The glans recieves supply from the corpus spongiosum and drains via the dorsal veins. So a ring around the shaft alone should be the ticket! hmmm

Maybe it's different with the impant.

I'm glad to hear that the surgeon was quite happy for you to use a ring. They are meant to be very tough, these implants.

Here, you now can have rock hard erections on demand and for as long as you want. Natural guys would dream of it!

It's no different with the implant, at least not for me, so far as I can tell thus far.

The cylinders/tubing/pump are indeed tough and well designed.
They are built to last and take whatever comes.

The depression is something I have dealt with all my life and not based solely on dick issues.

Tight but still allowing for circulation.

I am single and I've been with 2 women so far and neither have noticed.
The women I was with were gentle on the balls and the pump just hid in the back.
But if they do notice I'll just say I had an accident years ago and everything is fine now.
When I get serious with a girl thats when I will let her know.
