The problem is there is blood in the head and the shaft is solid full with the cylinder. The problem is inbetween the cock ring wont make it any more rigid... unless i put it directly on my head :/ is that a thing?

Suck you have to have the revison. Shame you first dr does not know where the head of dick is at and failed to find it during surgery. Talk to your new dr about the preop ved therpy. Not sure if you need it. 4 cm short means you will get a 22 cm not sure about rte. That what I have with no rte deflated am 4.5 " (11.5 cm) inflated 5.5 ( 14 cm). Others are a little bigger

I know. Its scary that he must have inflated it and decided yeah thats fine. Even the nurse amd surgeon again on the follow up said it is fine and if i need to they can stitch the head of the penis to hold it down to the shaft... which would lose those 4cm completely!
I said this to Dr Garraffa and he said "why?! When you could fill it with cylinder and have your true length of penis back. Ive never known anyone to want a shorter penis"

On the positive side, it is good that you now have a surgeon who understands and can move things forward

On the negative side, IMO you should never have had to go through this on the first place. It sounds as if it could be medical negligence. One of the basics of this surgery is to measure the required length of the implant before implanting it, and the gap here between what was required and what was implanted seems incredible.

Had a go at an experiment to see if I could support the head with a cock ring and just to show my point the cylinders stop just before the blue ring.. it helped slightly but who would want to have sex with 3 cock rings on.

So I had sex for the first time since implant. Its very weird but do able. To put the penis in I had to pull back hard on my foreskin so the head was really tight. Once it was in it was okay providing I didnt pull out too far as it did a couple times come out and had to work to put it back. She gave me head aswel and we tried lots of positions. She didnt know I had an implant. I told her afterwards some surgery I had that damaged some nerves to the tip of my penis but is going to be fixed. She said yeah now you mention it I see. But she wouldnt have noticed it if I didnt say.. I think she was just being nice.
Im going to try and make the most of what I got until the revision. I was very nervous knowing the head will cause my problems but luckily nerves dont effect erections anymore.
