Implant vs natural erection

For me it is not the same at all. When ever I touch my shaft I can feel the cylinders. Flaccid it is not really soft as the cylinders I can feel and the kinks. Hard I feel the inflated cylinders unlike the really firm muscle in my younger days. I am just over 4 weeks post op so this may change.

My problem has been lack of firmness for the last years. Even with oral meds and injections. But I guess I did have some trouble all my life and can't ever remember having a rock hard erection. I was hard enough for sex up until over 10 years ago.

But with the implant it is different. There are cylinders in there now. No way around it. The cylinders may soften over time and I'm sure I will get used to them.

I am not complaining. I hope to have it inside a woman soon when she wins and that is why I had the surgery. That is the important thing for me. I want this back in my life for the time I have left. But to answer the question it is different. And I gladly accept it.

Does an erection via implant feel exactly the same as a natural one? Or are there slight differences? ... Any other differences?

I've often wondered this question too... unless i take viagra I don't feel that pressure in my erections. I would assume the pressure of the cylinders against the skin produced a similar feeling? I hope so. Guys that have been implanted for a while please chime in!

Had my implant 2 days ago. 80% inflated during healing. It is oval shape. 80% is enough for penetration. Hard center and soft natural flesh on outside. Girth is more than prior to implant. Are you perfectly round? Mine has always had a oval shape. Feels just like before operation. I think titan produces more of a flat shape, especially when flacid. Could always bend my dick fore and aft, but not so much side to side. So it was always oval. I also had a 5 degree bend at about the middle. Implant fixed that also.

I find the slight oval shape is less when I am aroused and pretty much normal (round) during sexual activity.
I always keep a few pumps in so as not to feel the hinging effect and I have gotten used to walking around with a semi fat.

Guys who are less than 6 months post op? Relax, let the healing process continue as you cycle and fuck and wank. The more you use it the better.
For the guys whose outcome isn’t perfect, same, give it some time..... see how things are 6 months down the track and if you aren’t happy go back and get a revision......there are lots of 2, and in some cases 3 timers who are very pleased with their final outcome.

On both of implants I have had, they have both felt about as normal as it could be. When I have sex I feel every feeling I felt before the implant. I still have orgasm feelings, but no sperm because I had a vasectomy before I ever thought of implants. And I also had my prostrate removed because of carcinoma cancer close to it.

But I am confused how come some doctors have messed up on the length of the cylinders. AMS 700 LGX kit comes with the measuring tool for the doctor to use.
