How frequently do you inject?

There are several good threads on this question, one as recently as a couple weeks ago.

The recurrent comments on those threads are that physician directives range from no more than once a week to no more than once a day.

The posts by FT members suggest that many of us push the edges of whatever envelope our doc has handed us — and that we most often do it in the context of vacations or holidays. A goodly number of posters report everyday use during vacations.

Some report occasionally doing the eight-hour turnaround: That would be an injection for bedtime sex and another for top-of-the morning sex. This is obviously contrary to doctors' advice, but the posters have not reported any adverse effects.

The official word is "Always follow your doctor's advice."

One consideration here I have found is taking enough time to "reload" (note vasectomy in 1980). The shorter I go the harder it is to get an ejaculation and orgasm. And that can be frustrating for both partners. I've noted that the more mature crowd here seems to go quite long now (maybe that's why so many younger chicks like older men, no premature ejaculation). I do not recall sessions of 30-90 minutes and notably neither does my wife when we were younger. But it is still great to have a joint release. I find 2-3 times a week is about optimum for us/me and a week ensures a good orgasm.

We wait several days between sexual romps. If wee do it two days in a row, I will not be able to orgasm on the second day. After a while my wife will tell me she can't take it any longer and we stop. She always orgasms which is good. I'd rather have it that way then the reverse. If we wait a few days in between we can usually orgasm together or I close after she does.

I inject 2-3 times a week, but would not hesistate to inject twice a day on a romantic vacation. I have done that without any ill effects, with at least eight hours between injections.

Please note that most medical professionals recommend no more than three times a week, with at least 24 hours between each injection. Some doctors will OK every 24 hours.
