Who and where are the good implant surgeons?

If you have an implant, please give the name of your surgeon and his location (city, state, county). If you are happy with the result, no need to elaborate. If you needed a revision, say why. And please report specific problems related to the surgery (pump too high, floppy head, infection, dog ears, etc). The goal here is to provide information for those still contemplating an implant and deciding where to go for their surgery.
Age 72, wife is 52. 20+1 cm Titan Touch implanted by Dr. Kramer on 18 October 2017. Revision to AMS LGX 21+2 cm on 11 June 2018 by Dr. Carrion at Tampa General. Age-related ED + slight Peyronies bend (left) and slight hourglass in the center.

Incredibly happy with end result.
All issues resolved with time.
68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

59 yrs, single, healthy, active. Progressive ED for 30 years, venous leakage, prostate cancer, RALP June 2017. Trimix works, but doesn't fit the travel lifestyle. Implanted 4/24/2018, Titan 20 + 2 by Dr Wang at MD Anderson.
