Rukitan,
It is unbelievable a doctor would find this OK. On a positive note you have a good looking dick, even with this issue so once it is fixed it should look fantastic.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Rukitan, I'm glad things are working well for you. (And I hope you and whoever enjoy that great dick!) ;)

Have you spoken again to the original surgeon. Surely you aren’t going to let him off the hook?
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

Well i spoke to him at my follow up. But he seems to think it is perfectly fine and if it really bothers me they can put a stitch in the glans to pull it down and tighter.. thus shortening my penis. Whats the point arguing with a surgeon that thinks this is perfect.
After my meeting with Dr Garaffa I feel so much more positive that Im just going to focus on getting my original length back and a rigid head with longer cylinders.
What more can I do?

He should be sued for Mal practice. How can a surgeon even suggest this to fix his lack of expertise? Please warn others about this charlatan. He shouldn't be allowed near a dick or better yet, cut 2 inches off his own dick!

A patient speaking to the original surgeon is probably a futile fool's errand. Speaking to the Chief of Surgery seems to me to be appropriate and using the phrase" Dae short of the Standard of Care" should be used.

Withdrawal of the surgeon's license might be too extreme, but reeducation is DEFINITELY warranted.

Totally agree. To do nothing and let this surgeon off is dreadful. How many more times will they butcher someone. I really could not and would not let this go.
