surgery in the morning

Postby rancherejim » Tue May 01, 2018 4:14 pm

I will be going to the hospital for my implant in the morning. All that I have learned on this web site is what made me make up my mind about doing it. Even if it fails, it won't be any worse than it's been for the past few months.
Some of you have went through this with little or no pain while others have had considerable pain. I'm willing to take either one. I would like to be one with no pain of course.
My wife really does not know what I'm doing even though I've told her a couple times. She is getting dementia so I don't expect her to remember. She won't let me use it anyway. But my FWB will.
I'll check in in a few days when I'm feeling better.

Our ages and wife situation are the same. I'm about 1 1/2 years implanted. All my results of the implant are better than expected. Good doctor and good health. Only down part is the wife condition. I may have to look for my own FWB. Good luck on your recovery. Give yourself time to heal. Let us know how things go with you.
Implanted Dec 2016 by Dr. Morey, UTSW Dallas. AMS 700. BPH caused problems so Supra Pubic Catheter and Urolift Prostate implants. End results great. Botched implant by Dr. in Waco, TX 2006. After 10 years, went to Dr. Morey who made me whole.
