How far do the cylinders inside your glans go?
The tips in your case go about 1/3 into your glans or 1/2 or 2/3?

If I had to give you a "hard" answer I would say about 2/3 maybe a bit more and yes my glans still get engorged when I'm aroused.

52 year old. Diagnosed with Venous Leak. Trimix was hit and miss. opt'd for implant Titan 22cm 3.5cm RTE by Dr. Hakky on March 27, 2018 ...Remember they never complaint how small your penis is when it is in their ass... just sayin'

Well, the implant has nothing to do with my glans becoming engorged. I did not have an issue with getting erect, my issue was maintaining the erection long enough to the completion of sex or sometime penetration.

Yes, I had a large, scary, veiny and impressive dick that brought fear and Ecstasy to all whom lay beneath waiting to be impaled... however once the plane hit the landing strip it was similar to trying to use wet noodles as stilts to walk with (all show and no go).

My cylinders go nearly to the tip of my glans. If I have to give you a fraction I would say 7/8. I had problems with engorgememt following my Prostatectomy in 2014. I was implanted 9/18/17. have recently started having some engorgememt, but it still just part of the time. At this point I am pleased just to see signs of progress.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Same problem plus Peyronies hourglass and slight curve.
My tips go 2/3. It's a perfect placement for me. No complaints.
Age 72, wife is 52. 20+1 cm Titan Touch implanted by Dr. Kramer on 18 October 2017. Revision to AMS LGX 21+2 cm on 11 June 2018 by Dr. Carrion at Tampa General. Age-related ED + slight Peyronies bend (left) and slight hourglass in the center.
