You and I have “talked” a lot about ED issues. It is pretty devastating, even for us older married guys so I truly understand your sense of depression.i hope and pray that your upcoming appointment will get be a positive experience where you begin to get clarity on what the issue is. If the doctor simply wants to prescribe pills, I hope you will stand up for yourself and ask him how he knows that is a good solution without any testing to determine what is causing the problem. I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Thanks Greg your words always mean a lot to me
26 years old. USA. ED problem since teenage years. Doctor prescribed ED meds showing some efficacy but not a guarantee. As much as I’d like the implant I now think I should hold off if I’m seeing some results from pills

Sorry to hear about your issues and glad you are on your way of handling it.
A few words about women from my own experience: women have a huge range of emotions and personality traits that we men cannot even comprehend. The same woman can be nice and innocent with you and a total slut with another guy. It’s not manipulation, it’s just how they are. They honestly feel that way. If you want to be the best man you can be you have to be versatile too. You have to be that romantic guy and that attractive cocky guy sometimes too. If you are only one of these they will get bored with you. Versatility is the language they understand. Don’t concentrate on one girl, get out and date. There may be a type of girl that gets your dick hard just looking at her(suppose you don’t have any physiological issues).
Talk to a doctor, do the tests but also start living a life a young man should.

Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!
