Injection failure X3

It's been awhile since I've posted anything, but now I really need some help and advice. Here's what's going on, 3 injections now that all failed. Yeah we've all had some failures but 3 in a row! I'm worried/concerned/and all that! And to top it off I just saw the Doc couple weeks ago! OK now for all the details you guys will want to know:

1-month or so ago I ran out of syringes so I called the doc's office nurse told me swing by and she'd give me some. FYI: I had been using 28 gauge 1/2 but all the doc's office had was 27 gauge 1/2 which I thought would be fine. (I guess)? I also told the nurse I needed a new script as my mix was a yr plus old. She knew I was due in to see the doc so we decided to wait till then for the script.

2-My Trimix was a year (I just threw it out) old but still worked (not froze) just refrigerated...."Pharmacy said no! don't freeze it" I know but that's another topic.

3-OK so used one of the 27 gauge syringes with 20 units as normal for my injection and I could tell the difference in the stick, the stick sight was a little passed midway on my shaft, maybe even further closer to the gland as dick wasn't getting hard all the way to the end so I moved up higher. pretty much same results, erection but not stiff to the end and it lasted about 2 hrs as usual.

4-Next went to the Pharmacy like I should have done in the first place and ask if I could buy a pack of syringes (I had the old wrapper) it was no problem.

5-This is where the failures start, I used the syringe I'm use to and the normal 20 units, and midway on the shaft at the right position and nothing...heck I figured damn it I missed did something wrong crap Idk... been injecting for 2 yrs +. Ouch! had to tell her it didn't work and that's not good.....

6-So another chance same deal regular syringe 20 units and nothing!!!! maybe it bloated a little and I had the sensation that it I hit the right spot..you know what I mean...and again I had to tell her it didn't work...that's really not good....This is where I said "Well my mix is shot" that was what we both decided, doc appt. coming up in a day or so.

7-Alright next up I saw the Doc went thru the normal check up and we talked about the regular stuff told him I need a new script for some mix but didn't tell him that the last couple of injections failed just figured it was the old mix. But this visit I asked about implants as it's been 2 yrs since my surgery and I've been dealing with ED since my early 40's. He told me that as long as the shots were working not to burn any bridges as once it's done there's no turning back. The visit was good informative and he gave me some implant info. He took off and the nurse came back with my paperwork and told me that the local Pharmacy that compounded the Trimix didn't do it anymore and that a company called Tri-ad RX would be calling me to fill my script. Which they did the next day and told me it would ship on that Monday for Tuesday delivery packed properly in a cool pack. So new mix on the way.

8-Well it's Tuesday! I put a cooler out and a sign on the door "Please put my package in the cooler" cooler full of ice etc. figured that would be good enough! So got home after work and nothing! asked the wife as she had come in too but told me nope nothing! crap! So she walked around the corner on the porch and their it sat (go figure leave a sign and cooler !#@$%%^%*^* might have known"). Anyway opened it up it was still semi cool with a couple of freezer packs that had just about hit the dust..."I just don't know" to late now....However the Fedex label said 430 which I had it back in the fridge at 5....maybe I'm ok I thought!!

9-This brings me to last night! new mix the right syringe 20 units midway being careful don't want to screw up, and only results I got was pretty much nothing, and yes followed by "It didn't work again"....Ouch!!!! Now what???

10-Sorry for the long drawn out post! last of the info to give. Earlier post of mine talk about getting the mix amounts from the pharmacy which I could never get and finally gave up. So I don't know what my original mixture was but this new mix has it on the vial so I thought maybe it might help.

Mine was 29.4 10 1 wasn't working well doc upped it to 29.4 20 2.I use less and get harder

That mix keeps me hard for 4 hrs at 5 units. I froze mine. lasted 6 months. PGE-1 caused sever pain, so I got implant. Where are you located?

sounds to me like you are getting to the end of the injection road, The difference between a 27G and a 28G isn't even worth discussing and the size of the syringe has NOTHING to do with anything IF you can still draw up the correct amount.

Yeah not much difference in syringes, but wanted to give all the details sorry....I'm gonna give it another go tonight, maybe it will be ok this time.

I know I'd try to get a much stronger prescription since yours isn't really near the strongest available.

I've been busting my ass putting a new roof on my house for the last 2 months. I'm sure I get pretty worn out from all the work and maybe that is causing me to have erection failures. I'm using nearly the strongest quad-mix available and even shooting 38 units. My next try will be 45 or even 50, but I'm thinking I could be at the end of this road.

I mentioned to my wife that I may take the next step. She said "surgery? without batting an eye.
I said "yeah".
If I go that route, I may take a trip to Baltimore.

Just wondering for any implantees, do any of you not want to view the surgery? I don't think I could or would do it. I wonder if the doc would be offended if I told him "no thanks"?

I may be speculating prematurely, but I'm getting anxious (not for the surgery).

Maybe tonight, I'll take some Viagra to see if that gets things started prior to a morning injection.

Just an idea, other drugs you may be taking, OTC, Rx or recreational, or may have started taking, may be boner killers. For example Sudafed for hay fever or a sinus infection. Any vaso constrictor is your enemy, even too much coffee or Kaluha. I was on a 30/1/20. Might up the alprostodil (prostoglandin).

I had another failed attempt this morning. I haven't tried a ring yet.

In addition to being pretty fatigued from all the work, I've also been drinking a bity too many beers each day.

Also taking BP meds and 20mg of Simvastatin.

I'm going to try to give it a rest for a week or so and see if anything changes.
I'm not feeling too optimistic (except for the stock market today lol).
