painful ejaculation

Well, it's been an eventful 12+ weeks battling infection ,swelling and pain. I'm finally able to try out my new penis. It was damn hard to pump up, however once pumped up, Mrs had a good time!However for me, it was a painful ejaculation with little semen. Urination does not cause pain, just ejaculation. Any ideas. Could it be that i had no stimulation for 12 weeks. I'm still on antibiotics as well
