Ummmmm, geez, I dunno how to respond to that.... Congrats... I don't know about you but I have been volunteering with the cadet programme here for 33 years... this medal is the Sovereign Medal for Volunteers so, without patting myself on the back, I can say that I fulfilled the criteria for the medal. I really don't know how many years they are looking for because it is not that cut and dry. It has to do with what you do as much as how long you do it for.
