I'm just one week since activation and this has puzzled me. I have read numerous posts about deflated size. Most say the length is the same as inflated, but it's flat. I experience something different. If I deflate after being fully inflated, initially it is the same length and flat and soft. After 15 minutes, the length shortens and it becomes stiff. It's still totally deflated, as I can try to deflate again with no change. It seems to have an "accordion effect", where the dogears pile up, shortening it. The result is a short, stiff stubby that is hard to "fold under" in my underwear. Mind you, I am 5.25" fully inflated, so there is not much to weigh it down when deflated. I really wish it would retain the same length, remaining long, soft, and flat. That is so much more comfortable than the short stiff stubby. Has anyone experienced this? Any way to keep it long and flat?
Fully inflated

Vince,
I get the same sort of thing happen to me. I usually give it a pump or two after deflating, or I don’t deflate it all the way. This seems to help.

At 5 1/4 inch, you should have used an AMS 700. My dr uses both. Under 6, the AMS Is best at deflated and just as good inflated.

Good morning Vince;
I get the exact same thing happening to me. I am 5.75" length erect wit 6" girth and I have the AMS LGX. When I deflate I even squeeze the penis but it still looks like I have a stiffy all the time.

Giving it a couple pumps makes the stubby even stiffer. I'd like it to remain long, flat, and soft. Any Titan owners out there experience this?

Re: Deflated size gets smaller and stiffer
Even when deflated, I find the Titan Coloplast Touch is still semi-stiff
I am 7 inches, and yes it is certainly more noticeable when deflated, and trickier to find the right underwear
Personally I find it more comfortable if it is not fully deflated
I dont think it is possible to get a very soft deflated Titan Coloplast - unlike perhaps the AMS which I understand is softer and smaller when deflated

Not really smaller but certainly softer because of the difference in the material it is made from.

What I'm querying about is the fact that when initially deflated, the length remains the same as inflated, but it's flat, soft, and bendable. After 15 minutes the length shortens and it becomes stiff. What I am calling the "accordion effect" is that multiple small folds form at the base (like an accordion) which makes it shorter, thus causing the remaining shaft to be stiff. When I inflate from this state, I can hear over a dozen small pops as those accordion folds straighten out. Do other Titan owners experience this?

I have never experienced that. Maybe you should revert to your surgeon for peace of mind?

I have a Titan and mine does the same thing. It was not like that at first but 5 months post op and what you are describing is exactly what happens to me. Its has gone much softer, smaller after deflation and when i inflate i hear quite a few 'pops'. Haven't thought of going back to the surgeon because it works normally when i want to use it.
