I sent my surgeon a message and he responded in about 15 minutes the following;

It’s basically just a sleeve that goes on top of the shaft of the penis to provide additional girth and really can’t provide any additional length based on its mechanism of action.

I really doubt this would be a procedure that I would ever recommend to any of my patients to pursue given the lack of FDA approval and the fact that it is of unproven efficacy.

I totally understood your intent. All of us with implants have either an AMS or Titan. So “our” implants clearly means the type all of us have versus the silicone sleeve implant referenced above.

I have a AMS 700cx implanted 6/1/15 and it works well enough to perform when I need it to work. The question is if you get a silicone sheave installed to increase the length and girth of you penis won't that mess up the length and girth of the implant material.

i am completely unimpressed by the elist implant.
I did research and assessed the Beverly Hills Dr Elist option when looking at an implant surgery and i ran away from that option quickly since I realized:

1) that sleeve placed on top of your cavernosum is nothing more than a method to increase girth. You might look good in the locker room, but that is it.

2) there is no way that the sleeve, as depicted, will increase your maximum erect length as determined by a vigorous stretch test or erection induced by caverject/trimix (in other words, "you have the length that you have--that's it")

3) The rigidity of that enhanced Dr. Elist penis procedure depends completely on your natural erection from the natural cavernosum -- so you better have no trace of ED whatsoever for this to provide a satisfying penis for vigorous sex.

4) There is a reason that the Elist device has not quickly spread throughout the USA and throughout the world: there are just not enough happy customers. My sense is that the device is almost at the level of medical quackery; Personally I would run away very quickly from the Beverly Hills Elist
