Multiple orgasms after penile implant?

After having a penile implant, will i have multiple orgasms one after another without refractory period with same intensity? What are your experiences?

I dont think a Penile implant will affect that at all. It will be the same as before, just with the ability to stay hard for as long as you want to

is this 2 hours of sex after an initial orgasm or after 2 hours you have the first orgasm?

First and only orgasm a night after 2 hours of sex. My girl is 26 and super multi orgasmic having 20-30 squirting orgasms in 2 hours and after that she says she doesn’t want to see a dick either for a couple of days. Our sex drive and frequency seems to be very compatible so I’m fine with that.

I have (occasionally to often) had extremely long, continuous whimpering orgasms - I call these "Three Stooges Orgasms from the sounds I make. These are generally in the "cowgirl" position and it seems I can continue to orgasm as long as the girl keeps moving.
