Each of has a unique anatomy, but what I find interesting is my cylinder tips stay consistent inflated and deflated. They reach almost to the tip of my glans. When I press the end inward, I can only push my glans about 1/8” before the cylinder prevents me from pushing further. I am curious if other guys notice their cylinders reversing further down when deflated or if theirs stay in the same position as mine do?

It was a good 3 weeks before I could inspect and play with my dick. If your tips are not into your glans (at least half way) inflation will not move them forward that much. Pressing on the head of your dick you should feel the tips. Your Dr. seems to be trying to cover for his ignorance. I hope not. He really fucked up Rutican. Best of luck and keep healing my brother.

yeah my understanding is they don't move further down when inflated, but he suggested otherwise. Anyway, not much I can do right now. I am only two weeks post op so will continue to heal and see where I am at in a few weeks

My rt. tip does not move. Same place deflate or inflated. My left tip withdraw back the to sulcus when deflated and I can push it down with little effort another 1" with a finger. When inflated they are both even after remaining inflated a few minutes.

I had a Titan 20 up until two days ago. My tips were consistent (half way up into the head), flaccid or pumped up. You gotta remember the Coloplast implants don't stretch. They may wrinkle or crinkle when deflated but it ain't gonna get any longer than what you started out with.

Got it - thanks. Does this mean your deflated length is the same as your inflated length? I ask because a few years back before I had ED my erect length was 6.75 inches. I lost half an inch over 5 or so years without erections and pre implant was 6.25 inches. Post implant my deflated state is just over 5 inches. Will this increase when I am inflated? Will it increase over time through cycling?

I can only go by my own experience. Pre implant 6 erect. Post implant 5.75 but my girth is thicker because of the Titan which I absolutely love. So does the other half who loves the bigger thicker me.

Thanks for the response. Just to be clear, I am not asking whether I will exceed my pre implant erect state of 6.25 inches. Immediately post op deflated I am just over 5 inches, and my question is will this increase once I am inflated and I start cycling.

Hi. Apologies. My experience here is I grow around 3/4 inch from flaccid to pumped. With a Titan there is no real “stretch” of the cylinders as opposed to those who suggest there is with the alternative type of implant.
