I'm wondering if only works with a CX. David_R said he regained his pre PC size by vigorous cycling and keeping it inflated for longer times. It might benefit you to PM him. He is a sweet compassionate guy.

Each person is different. I rate my Titan Touch at a 1. Actually, I hate it. My wife says my dick feels like there is plastic inside it. It never goes flaccid. It doesn't shrink or stretch. It is what it is - all the time, inflated or deflated. You can't really bend it. It sorta folds, wrinkles and crinkles. The pump button is also a little hard to use and the pump bulb is not easy to squeeze. I only had it for 8 months and maybe it never had a chance to break in and soften up. And because of that, maybe I'm not giving it a fair review. I know there are many who love theirs, but I'm not one of them.

To early to say. The whole adventure a 6. Not happy with my procedure at USC Keck. Their method is painful. On west coast I would use Dr Karpman, His procedure sounds much more reasonable.
Suposed to get my 1 inch back with cycling. We will see. For some reason I can not get an orgasm with vaginal sex. Maybe I need a crazy 19 yr old bouncing on it. I could orgasm with trimix even though the tri caused pain. If I get my size back, and forget the bad experience with the procedure, I may rate it at 8.
Before Prostate cancer I had a really great dick and sex life. Nothing compares to a real dick.

First implant 2 out of 10 because it only showed me there was potential in an implant. Second implant 10 out of 10 because something that is usable is excedes one that is not. Sure, there are a few things I would like to improve but working is better than not. Cheers. Just do it.

9/10 The only issue for me is the large size of my flaccid bulge. But as my doctor puts it "Big dick problems"

I wish it wasn't so noticeable, I wish I didn't have to buy larger pants, besides that everything else is good.

I'll take that problem!

I would rate mine a 9 out of ten, which means I am extremely happy with the result.

The girth of my titan is really great, and my wife needs that big girth. My tubing is totally hidden and not-discoverable (I had penoscrotal incision); so, in the erect state, no woman would know that there is an implant in there. My pump is well behind my balls, so it is hard for a woman to detect. My flacid is a fine generous size, and nice looking (a super great improvement over my natural flacid); though the krinkles along the sides of my deflated titan do seem a little unnatural---that being said, I am sure that my wife would not put up with anything having less girth. (in other words the issues of the titan flacid being not a soft flacid is really a non-issue for me)

My surgery experience was very positive, I felt that I was super well cared for, and I healed very quickly such that I could have sex at three weeks after surgery. I actually look back on my surgery recovery days with fondness, and I would have no hesitation to go back for a replacement when the device quits working (hopefully ten years from now).

My orgasms are more intense now when compared with before implant.

So in summary: win win win
great decision, great surgeon, great result, great sex

I rate mine a 10. I was implanted a little over 3 years ago. Prior to the implant nothing worked.
Now I can have an erection anytime I want and for as long as I want. Sensitivity got better.
I did not loose any length at all. It did take a few months to get all the length back. I used a VED daily for
5 years until I could get the implant (insurance issues). I credit that as being the reason I didn't loose any length.
The girth has improved.

The average person would never be able to tell I have an Implant.
