I got ED from a RP. Pills alone never worked.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Pills (Levitra) worked for me great for 5 years. May have worked longer but my rectal cancer radiation and surgery completed my ED. Trimix has been working super for over a year now and looking forward to use it for many years until implant may be needed.
Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!

You never know. Try and see. With Viagra and Cialis I had more side effects and had to watch my diet.

Viagra worked well for me for several years. Injections didn't work at all when the pills stopped working. The end of the pills was also the end of my sex life.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

What you are asking is not clear. Do you want to know how long you will stay hard each time or are you asking how many days, months, years pills continued to give erections? :)

Viagra worked well for about five years before it started to be ineffective. Erections lasted up to 30 minutes or until orgasm, which ever came first.

I then moved on to Trimix which worked well for about three years before it started to become ineffective? Erections lasted up to 1.5 hours weather or not i orgasmed.
