Alprostadil well tried 27 units didnt get past 70 % but getting closer dissapointed in this stuff for me i guess i still have a ways to go before i hit 40 which seems to be a lot hopefully trimix if i ever get it will be better

Any progress should be encouraging and is good news.

Are you keeping your meds frozen? Re-hydrated alprostadil degrades very rapidly at room temperature and still degrades rapidly when refrigerated. Hard frozen it will hold most of it's potency at six months.

If you're trying to determine a dosage while using rapidly degrading meds you will be trying to hit a moving target.

I have been pre filling a syringe that goes refrigerator the rest freezer but after filling sometimes its a 3 or 4 day wait each time i note amount and result next i will go up 4 units to 31

well life goes on tried to get my sourse to get trimix and invited him to the forum he said cant it has to be frozen tried to tell him about power form just seems tri mix gets better results for most I have been getting kind of hard maybe if I try hard I can get it in but nothing to brag about and gets to the point you just say whats the point ... up to 35 units mixing only 100 ml water to the powder

I'm not a doctor or medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based only on my own experiences at best and delusions at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Assuming you're doing the actual injections correctly.
Assuming the meds you're getting are quality and of standard strength.

I'm going to assume you probably have some VL going on there.

My suggestions are:

1) Find a way to have some medical consultations and tests with a competent doctor that specializes in men's health specifically ED issues. I think it's no longer optional.

2) Meanwhile, if you haven't tried it yet, try adding novelty cock rings to your program. Use ones that can be removed reasonably should you manage to get very erect. I like the silicone rings. You'll have to experiment to find ones that work for you. I doubt the "jelly" type will work at all. Fortunately most of the novelty rings are usually fairly cheap because you'll toss some out until you find ones that work for you. Others here may have recommendations on ones that work for them. I've been using the Lyps brand but you'll have to find what works for you.

I dont think i have VL because once i inject it wont be rock hard but stays the same close to 45 min
