Muse and Cialis
Has anyone combined say 250 muse with cialis at the same time. I tried the muse for the first time last week. A weak unsusable semi at best. I am 15 months post surgery. Injections caused peronies. Any comment would b e appreciated. Thanks
Re: Muse and Cialis
Willy,
It depends. Does Cialis do anything at all for you by itself? If yes the effect might be additive. If no effect then it probably will have no effect with MUSE. Anyways, you are on the lowest MUSE level -- which is not really meant for post-RRP patients, but docs start with it anyways just to be safe. Likely you will need 1000mcg MUSE, but it could give you some ache. I've used it in the past and was OK, but with some achiness that can be distracting enough to dampen the moment -- no matter how hard things might be. Have since moved on to Trimix, but still keep my MUSE prescription going so I can take 2 MUSE pellets and turn them into 6 rehab splooshes (see the posts I have about Daily Penile Rehab). Also, so as not to waste your remaining MUSE you can double up using two pellets and see how that goes. That will give you data to give to your Uro about what next dose (500 or 1000mcg) you might need next.

Re: Muse and Cialis
Hey Willy; Back in the day after surgery(robotic PCa) I tried everything for rehab. Muse 250-500 but could not tolerate the pain; so tried 125 with cialis and did not do much. But put a light band (came with the pump) on the limp fellow with at the time 20 mg cialis and 125 Muse and 70-80% erect. But so uncomfortable that could not climax. Later when revisited the ED nurse and bimix and trimix just did not quite get it there it was suggested to try 5mg cialis with any of the other treatments. So I did without much success without a band. If you can tolerate the Muse talk to your Dr. about combining it with cialis. Try a ring or band as well as I felt like that helped hold the Muse in place and also blood in penis. I got the best responce from Trimix or Muse but could not tolerate the pain. I have now moved on to 5mg cialis dailey and a band does not give full erection but enough to use. So keep trying as I am almost 4 1/2 years post surgery and think I still see improvement.
Re: Muse and Cialis
