Second time trying Trimix

I will check my prescription again tonight but I am pretty sure it listed the PGE as 20 mcg. And I plan on talking with him before I refill the prescription. When I use viagra I get reasonable erections but they aren't reliable. I was hoping the trimix would give me a reliable erection because I think that would help with anxiety you tend to get when you have had failures. At least I have a fall back now in that the vacuum device works every time I just can't seem to have an orgasm with it.

Yes, venous leak can be the reason for "not holding". Like in my case, 1ml (the max dosage) of tri-mix makes me only 3 min of the erection time. Though I am not ready to give up yet. The next thing I am going to try is to inject while using the penile loop. I hope that the penile loop would let the medication work before it is flushed away from the penis. Only if that doesn't work I'll commit to the implant. Or better say, I do know that the implant in cases like mine are unavoidable but I want to keep as long as possible since I am 39yo and if I could continue using my dick for another 10 years without an implant that would be a great output.

Even with 100 mg of Viagra, I still need my Osbon band to maintain an erection. With my Trimix injection (10 units with 18 mcg/ml of PGE), I get a full erection which lasts 1.5 to two hours even after orgasm. With Viagra, my erection quickly fades after orgasm.

I checked my prescription and noted that my PGE is 18 mg/ml. You indicated that your PGE is 20 mcg/ml. Accordingly,your mix is .02 mg/ml which is significantly lower than mine. I recommend you check your prescription again and if it is 20 mcg and not mg, you should talk to your Uro to up the PGE. I think that may be your problem.

Yikes Dt... "Listen to me now, and believe me later" you really don't want to PUMP YOU UP with 18mg/ml. Yours really must be 18mcg/ml PGE-1 ... all trimix PGE-1 is in mcg range from 5 to 50mcg/ml.

Edit: Yes the 18mg is the Papaverine ... which you said below.

You are right as usual. My papaverine is 18 mg/ml. My prostlaglandin E1 is 5.88 ug/ml. (apparently an ug is equal to a mcg). Therefore, Drawdep is taking about 3.5 times as much PGE as I am per ml. And, I am only injecting 10 units verses his 60 units.

Yes mine is definitely 20 mcg and there are stronger mixes. Since the ache I get isn't really bothering me I think I can up the mix. I tried it last night using the VED and constriction band, I only used .5 ml and it only seems to last about 15 minutes and not what I would call a full erection. When you guys are getting the erections are we pointing skyward? or just straight out. I am only getting it straight out and doesn't feel fully hard maybe 70/80%. I want to get a stronger mix from my doctor since I am about out of the first bottle. I don't think it can hurt as I can always use less of it to start with.

Well my urologist upped my trimix now I have 30mcg PGE I am using insulin syringes now and I did 20 units and got about 15 minutes of a usable erection. I am just getting hard enough to point straight out not pointing skyward but I think it would work okay. I am going go up another 10 units and see what I get. I am not having any ache from this and I don't seem to have any problem with it lasting too long just want it to last longer and get a bit harder because I don't think I am getting but about 80%.

Seems like you are making good progress and the next injection should bring you close to the erection you are looking for. Remember, once you get it right, you will most likely have to start reducing the dose until you find the ideal dose.

I tried 30 units last night and it gave me a usable erection for about 20 minutes but I still don't think I am getting a full erection probably about 80%. Also I have to have some stimulation for it to stay erect. I am going to try 40 units next and see. If I can get something that lasts 30 to 40 minutes then I would feel comfortable trying it for real. Since I have been dealing with this for so long I also suffer from performance anxiety which is why I want to make sure to get the dosage right. Priaprism doesn't seem to be an issue with me.

I am up to 50 units and that seems to give me a usable erection for about 30 minutes still not completely erect. It requires stimulation but that shouldn't be an issue. what seems a little weird is I went in to watch some TV and sitting down my erection pretty much went away but when I started to move around getting ready for bed it came back and because I could still feel the minor ache I get with the trimix I am pretty sure this was from trimix. This was about an hour and a half after injection and it subsided fairly quickly when I got in bed. Another interesting thing is I take 25 mg of viagra pretty regularly because it seems to give me a somewhat of an erection in the morning (it is fragile and easily lost but I have been known use it). Well the morning after the injection I had a full erection real morning wood. I am just wondering if my anxiety is helping to defeat the drugs? Since I am still just experimenting with dosage and not trying it for real I can't imagine why I would be anxious. I guess the mind can play some mean tricks on you.
