So tomorrow I pick up the juice not sure what the mix will be or the dose but can't wait to give it a try.

Start slooooow maybe 10 units, it depends on the mix, but only once in 24hrs.

I got my Trimix today 20-30-1 dr recommend firsT shot at 25units sounds a bit high the Pharmacist at the compounding Pharmacy asked me if I was going to need any instructions on how to do it I said that I should wait till the doc tries the first injection. Her reply was most guys just do it. Cute blonde about 30 I was thinking "why don't you show me how"

It would be best to wait and do the 1st at the doctors. If you can't wait, study up first. Watch some videos and read as many of the appropriate forum postings as you can stand.

With the mix of 20-30-1 and a first recommendation dose of 25 my question is how does a dr figure what is the best starting dose.
Is it based on your prior ed
Is it based on your Gleason score
Is it based on how Many nerve bundles He spared or didn’t
I read that some guys only need 5 units what happens if the dr starts you with 25 I see my Uroligy
On Tuesday I’m scared to go with that size of a first shot. But I do trust him I sure don’t what to end up in the ER

No no no. None of that. They will start you with a light trial dosage. A quick and easy antidote can be administered just in case that will easily and quickly remedy any prolonged errection within minutes. No one should ever need to go to the ER using Trimix, I always have on standby just in case I get too much of a good thing. If minor, Sudafed does the trick.

Just to be clear, what components are the 20-30-1? A usual mild starting mix is 30mg papavarine, 1mg phentolomine and 20mcg prostaglandin per ml, and a starting does is in the 10-20 units (0.1-0.2ml) range and you work up. I wish we could all agree on mix syntax.

Well I see the doc on the 17th. The script I picked up said 25 units 20-30-1. What I've heard here is that is an aggressive start I had RRP on the first of June type 2 diabetic for 6+ years so erections before the surgery some a few without most with Viagra, The last thing I want is a trip to the ER.The first thing I want is solid boner that I can use. So I will tell the Dr. look my appointment is at 10:00am if you want to stick it with 25 units go for it BUT YOU BETTER BE HER AFTER 4 hours to fix it otherwise lets start small.

Im not an expert but IMHO...If 50mg Viagra works for you OK then I think 10 units would be a better starting dose and get some old school 4 to 6 hour REGULAR Sudafed and take 4 30mg tablets(120mg) after 2.5 to 3 hours of rock hard erection that basically hasn't seemed to change stiffness over that time period. My script is 40/30/1 and 3 units seems to work for me for 1.5 to 2 hours of action. I have ED bad enough that I can't have sex at all without Viagra Trimix or Cialis. It's like playing pool with a piece of rope instead of a pool stick... quote from George Burns I think?

I have been on a daily regiment of Viagra 50 mgs since the cath was removed 4 days after the surgery and once a week 100mgs. Nothing is happening at all not so much as a chubby.so maybe the Dr. is right with the starting dose.
