Well I'm about 10 weeks post-op. I have very little feeling in my penis but I do have a very good libido if I keep up with my testosterone injections. So far I have only had one orgasm from a BJ and a couple times from masturbation. Not once have I had an orgasm from vaginal sex.
Pills quit working for me and injections were completely unreliable. I had no choice but to get the implant.
I would much rather be able to fuck for as long as I want with no orgasm than to feel incomplete like before I had it.
I now concentrate on pleasing the ladies more than pleasing myself. All in all I'm very happy with mine.

May 2nd, 2018 Coloplast Titan implanted, 24cm with 1cm RTE's. All went well so far.

(A) regarding the issue of "losing sensation and sensitivity". This might be a problem more associated with the infrapubic incision site. Remember that the nerves for your penis run along the top surface, so that is a reason that many surgeons prefer the peno-scrotal approach. For me, I am just as sensitive as before surgery, and I still ejaculate too soon. (ie, sensitivity for me is 100% fine)

(B) regarding the issue of the implant feeling "unnatural when flacid" and that a woman might not like that. this is an issue with the titan coloplast -- many of us acknowledge that the krinkles can feel like a little skeleton in there. This is not an issue for me because as I have stated over and over again, i "wanted the biggest and hardest dick for sex" and everything else is secondary --- thus I went with titan knowing before hand that the krinkles would likely be an issue. (by the way, the krinkles all go away if you pump up to 40%, so you can hide this from a woman)

Overall, I rate my implant as a nine out of ten, which means I am thrilled.

As an added note, please realize that the implant is probably not as good as a natural erection (because it does not help the spongiosum) but there are many who say that it is way better (because it can stay rock hard for hours). You need to have the right attitude before getting an implant; if you have really bad erectile dysfunction and pills and injections do not work, then you will be happy with the implant since it means that you have sex again. The implant guys who remember what miserable souls they were while impotent tend to be very thrilled with their implants (ie, put up with the minor issues). In contrast, the implant guys who had a pretty good working penis before implant will likely be unhappy since they might miss their old dick --- though there really should be few of those men out there since the indication, in my mind, for implant surgery is that pills and injections do not work good enough for you.

Finally, anyone with a botched surgery (infection, undersize, poorly located pump, etc) will of course be unsatisfied --- so, you absolutely must go with a expert surgeon who does a lot of implants and devotes their career to the operation.

Tange
Right on the money mate!
I am always partially inflated so no dog ears.
Miss H wants sex every day and I can oblige.
My dick has maxed out in length and girth now so I can pump up fully and pound pussy for hours feeling only pleasure.
Sensitivity is still slightly reduced but is slowly returning.
When I reflect on my previous life and my need for pills and injections to attain erections I give my cock a squeeze and then I smile.
Best decision I ever, ever made :D

Hi TANGERINE,

Appreciate your insights. The thing that bothers me about an implant is what you said, that an implant wont probably be as good as a natural erection. Would you explain this please since I really need to know what you lose when getting an implant.

As I said, I dont want to lose any sexual sensation. I want to be able to get hard with an implant and enjoy sex without losing libido.

If you would go a bit more into detail I'd appreciate it.

Alter, You do not loose libido. Your dick when deflated will be much larger than prior to the surgery. Being bulked up all the time keeps me horney all the time. Injections also made me bend in the middle. Pyronies. The scar tissue from pyronies can cause major complications during the implant operation. That is why I stopped injections and got the implant. Every place I had scar tissue now is a spot where randomly it feels like I am being stabbed with an ice pick. The scar tissue is what may be causing me sensitivity and cumming, problems. The plus side for you is you say sometimes you get morning wood. You may be one of those guys that can get some natural wood backed up with a dick on demand. Big winner! I am sure in time after I don't have to cycle every day with the pain :o associated with it things will get back to normal. Go for it.

I disliked most things about my first one including the attitude and poor service both I and the guy who had one from the same doctor the following day had to deal with, but I saw it did have potential to possibly work. Second implant proved they can work if you get an installer that gives a damn.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

in response to added questions:
QUESTION: The thing that bothers me about an implant is what you said, that an implant wont probably be as good as a natural erection. Would you explain this please since I really need to know what you lose when getting an implant.

There are two perspectives that need to be addressed in formulating this answer regarding "implant is not as good as natural"
PERSPECTIVE #1 Me (your view as a man) and PERSPECTIVE #2 Her (Her view as a receiver)

For me, the way that a woman perceives my ability to provide amazing sex is a really important perspective for me to consider. Not all men focus on her as much as I occasionally do.

So here are my answers:
From my own perspective (PERSPECTIVE #1 Me), I would say that my implanted erection is actually better than what I remember my natural erection to be. Yes indeed, if I just think about my selfish self, the implant is much better. The reason the implant is better is that I can now go on for an hour with zero concern about losing hardness. I can enjoy the nuances of several different positions without worrying about ejaculating too soon and losing performance capability. And, yes, my orgasm is better (it lasts longer and it is more intense) with my implanted penis.
But,
From her perspective (PERSPECTIVE #2 her), I have a worry that she might miss the engorgement of the glans which happens as a man approaches orgasm. please realize that I do not really know what the women think, so I am unreliable here. But the two possible complaints that a woman would have is: A) the glans engorgement of an implanted guy is not as good as that in a twenty year old and B) some women miss the thrill of knowing that a man gets rock hard which is visible and tactile proof that her sexual attractiveness is overwhelming. By the way, if you must have a rock hard glans, then wearing a cock ring during sex will likely do the trick --- but I do not do that since it is an unnatural sex aide which detracts from my appearance of being a total stud in the bedroom with a shaft that is rock hard and will never go down.

and regarding your second question:
As I said, I dont want to lose any sexual sensation.

I am Now, 15 months out of surgery, and I have regained 100% of all sensation. Dirung the first 8 months, I had decreased sensation (mild) on the undersurface of my penis. I liked that since I orgasm too soon anyway. Now I am 100% back to normal (and yes, I still orgasm too soon). PLEASE REALIZE THAT SENSATION LOSS MIGHT HAPPEN MORE FREQUENTLY WITH THE INFRA-PUBIC incision. Maybe, depending on the skill of your surgeon. So go with a world class surgeon who is sensitive to the importance of protecting all your nerves.

and regarding your third question:

I want to be able to get hard with an implant and enjoy sex without losing libido.

Libido will only improve with the implant. You will immediately recognize that you can have sex on the drop of a hat (or the drop of a dress) for as long as you want and in as prodigious fashion as you want with whomever will let you. So, that level of sexual confidence is a great libido booster. The implant is a "plumbing device" that guarantees erection.
Libido, however, is a psychological thing (ie, the definition of "libido" = desire to pursue women and to have sex with them). If you are having problems with a low level libido, then you should get your testosterone checked. I had low testosterone (but still a decent libido). Once my testosterone level was brought back to normal range (I use Androgel), then my libido increased significantly. In fact, I can tell what my blood level of testostorone actually is based on my level of horniness, and my level of confidence. Testosterone is a wonder hormone for men. If you are low, you should really consider getting it replaced (though do realize that this is a lifelong thing)

I hope this helps Tangerine

Awesome answer Tange......I agree wholeheartedly :)
And I might add that Miss H gets off on watching my fully pumped cock get masturbated so add to the list “awesome being able to wank a very hard cock rather than a half dead floppy one”

Ehhh... first implant lasted about 3 weeks and was removed due to infection.
After switching surgeons (my mistake for even going with the first one), the 2nd implant surgery went very well. But I have Peyronie's and the surgeon could only place the tubes just so far, so I have floppy head and then some :(
Even after the implant, he had to go back twice and remove 3 tiny "bone spurs" because calcium was hardening and forming PAINFUL little spurs. -- Literally, he took my boner :P
Recently I was thinking about implant #3 sent the doc a text... he had said originally that when I was ready we could talk about trying to lengthen the cylinders. Just my luck, he's left San Francisco and taken over the gender reassignment clinic at UCLA. So my cock doc is now busy making them from scratch! LOL
My husband is cool with the size and floppy state, but what man doesn't want a big stiff dick!?!?! Sigh... no clue what to do next.

Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.
