Just Papaverine Injections?

I'm a bit confused. You're just using straight Papaverine and not the odd tri-mix discussed earlier? If that's the case, the addition of Alprostadil (PGE-1) could make a dramatic difference. Don't get discouraged yet.

Maybe you missed my longer post above: I tried papavarine alone (@ 30.0 mg/ml x 0.2 ml = 6.0 mg) during a test period. It did nothing. It must have some synergistic effect with the other components or you'd need a horse dose.

Phentolomine at 1mg/ml x 0.2ml = 0.2mg had a moderate theraputic effect but nothing to poke in anywhere.

I have not tried them together.

Hope you find your right mix proportions and concentration.

Guys I'm getting really depressed now. Can somebody compare the efficacy of papaverine vs trimix? Papaverine 30 mg didn't work for me at all.

At what volume did you inject it? I tried (above) a 30 mg/ml mix at 0.2ml = 6 mg and it did nothing. It seems to have little effect by itself. Some say use a bi-mix and I am on a 30-1-40 Tri-Mix now.

Come to think, I have had really severe erectile dysfunction all my life. It's more severe than normal. I always knew sex was never possible. Even if I get an erection it just lasts for seconds. I will go for trimix. I don't know if high strength trimix is available in India. I didn't want to go for an implant because there is almost no feeling in my penis.

As part of the Moderator's job, I read EVERY post made on here... when I start reading the injection posts, I get lost really fast. I worked in the medical for 15 years and still get lost in the Injection Discussions... I think if someone wanted to harrass or bully someone on here, using the periodic table, they would probably get away with it...

Papavarine by itself will probably do nothing. That was my test experience. Something just doesn't add up. Maybe hormonal? Ever had a testosterone test? My first urologist was OK and said that good testosterone was the foundation to build on. Of course there may be a mechanical/congenital issue besides venous leakage, like supply. Sounds like you need a competent ED doctor. On the humorous side, sex doctor say if you have a sex problem you ought to get it licked.

As far as the "chemistry": concentration (in mg or mcg per ml) X volume (in ml) = the dose of ingredient (in mg or mcg). I was a chemistry/physics major with lots of math.
