I dont have the background to comment specifically on your formula, but descriptions such as "enhanced Trimix" or "super Trimix" are usually just marketing terms. Calling a formula "enhanced" helps some pharmacies charge more for the prescription.
The only thing that really matters is your reaction to the drug. If it works, then nothing else matters. Good luck in your journey.

I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
Re: Can my injection mixture be considered as "enhanced" Trimix?
I guess they can call it what they want. You're using a Quad-mix. It's hard for me to understand your formula as written. I'm guessing you're using 9 units. I'm also guessing what you're using 9 units of is per ml or cc of: Papaverine 17.5mg / Chlorpromazin 1.923mg (substituted in place of Phentolamine) / PGE1 20mcg (AKA Alprostadil or Prostaglandin E1) / Atropine 0.23 mg.
If I got your formula correct it doesn't seem overly strong as compared to the quad-mixes available from Empower Pharmacy: https://www.empowerpharmacy.com/drugs/quadmix-injection.html and compares to their weaker offering (I think) of: Papaverine HCl 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 2mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 20mcg/mL, Atropine Sulfate 200mcg/mL. 5 mL vial. Lyophilized.
Of course yours has the Phentolamine replaced with the Chlorpromazin. See: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16422961 that concludes "Chlorpromazine can be used as an intracavernous vasoactive agent; it is similar to phentolamine in efficacy and short-term side effect profile."

Re: Can my injection mixture be considered as "enhanced" Trimix?
They (clinic) don't call it by name at all . I did research on Trimix , saw that it has more components and called it "enhanced" trimixI guess they can call it what they want.
Believe me for me too . I just copied it from mixture sticker, but don't understand it at all. When I asked doctor about concern that papaverine alone can cause bad side effects, doctor said not to worry as papaverine in this mixture is very small and majority is PGE1...It's hard for me to understand your formula as written.
Because I had prolonged erection,I reduced injections to 15 units....maybe need to reduce more, as yesterday I had erection for 3.5 hours (even after taking 2 pills of pseudoephedrine)

Re: Can my injection mixture be considered as "enhanced" Trimix?
Yeah Trimix scripts are all over the place and does not seem like there is REAL standards for it? My script as written is... Trimix 40/30/1 40mcg of alprostadil... 30mg papaverine... 1mg phentolamine
