I had all my life an about 20 degrees up-curve of my penis...no woman ever complained, on the contrary, is stimulates the G-spot better.
BUT:
In the last 6 months I have the subjective feeling that this curve increased... I feel it during sex, and it simply looks like a bigger curve than before.
So I have seen 3 of the top-urologists of my hometown. All of them said (after phyiscal inspection and ultrasound): No plaques at all, therefore its no peronies, relax, there is nothing we can do. Watch and wait.
Really?
Is it possible to have increased the "natural" curve without having peronies? Could be one reason that I have - though I suffer from moderate ED - abnormal strong nocturnal erections? One doc said: You have very strong nocturnal erections? Super! Thats in all cases good!
Really?
Even if I have to stand up every 90 minutes to get it down again?

IPP (Peronies) without Plaques?
44 y, moderate ED after laser treatment against prostatitis. Searching for the exact reason to get a reference point for a proper treatment. Urologists could not help. My story: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9644

I'm no doctor but it sounds like it could be verging on a type pf priapism. Do you have any of the risk factors for it? Just throwing it out there. Remember I'm no doctor and I don't know sh*t about medical stuff.

Michael,
I just posted about this very same thing. Wish I'd read your post first. When I was 19 or 20 I used to have very tight painful erections that curved me upward like a banana. About the same time my blood pressure went into the 130's. Then my erections began to become softer and the pain and curving went away. I suspect that's when my venous leakage began. My family has always eaten a lot of red meat. So it's no wonder that we all eventually die from some form of heart disease. My plaque is probably from that. No matter it's still called Peyronie's. From your post it sounds like you have already had an ultrasound of your penis for plaque and scarring, right? You sound exactly like me more than 40 years ago. Whatever it is be warned that it will eventually kill your erections. And when it does they will call it Peyronies. Let me know if you find an answer. Thanks

As Doug states it is Peyronies of a kind. Have you been to the Peyronies Forum site? I started there and some "brother" there led me to this site. However, I waited too long which you shouldn't. Using the VED now is the most important therapy for you.
Mine started with pain at times during sex and during foreplay. I looked down once and noticed my dick was at a 45 degree angle...and that is when i seeked a doctor. After that it all went bad with dents and nodules and diminishing length and girth. Almost like Doug's story.
Don't sit and watch and wait....was my Urologist advice. You have to be PROACTIVE!

Re: IPP (Peronies) without Plaques?
Many thanks for your answers!
Well, I have a VED, but I dont use it... perhaps I should... thanks for reminding me!
My 3 doctors - all renowed IPP specialists! - told me after doing an ultrasound: There are no plaques, your (flaccid) penis shows no pathological changes, so there is nothing we could treat at this stage (well, sounds logic at first sight)... and: Taking 2,5 mg of Cialis (and a lot of L-Arginin, Citrullin, Ornithin, etc etc) is good, because its increasing bloodstream, and this is always good for penile health. On the other side: These 2,5 mg of Cialis also increase my nocturnal erections, and can too strong nocturnal erections cause the increase of an innate penis curve?? All 3 doctors: Not at all, nocturnal erections - as long as they are no priapism (and this is by definition 4 hours +) - can never be too strong. The more and longer, the better. I ask myself: Really? I don't believe it.
Also odd: My penis also does not hurt during an erection, its more a tingle or strange itch in the shaft when flaccid after I had (again) too strong erections in the night. Btw: I am a vegetarian, normal blood pressure, 80 kilo at 180cm, doing a lots of sports, no diabetes... - so no risk factors!
If you ask why I just dont skip Cialis: Without Cialis, its is much much more difficult to get an erection during the day or evening for sex.
All very strange, and, in addition - for a good reason - I meanwhile mistrust every urologist (read my story! all this sh*t began with this). When your problem is not on a standardized checklist (like cancer, prostate enlargement,..), they have no clue and seem not to be interested to help or to deeper investigate.
PS: another odd thing on my case: My bloodstream into the penis is much slower than before (it takes several minutes to get him hard). But also: The blodstream out of the penis is slower than before! I think its the same machanism that unfortunately keeps my nocturnal erections up und up and up - till I wake up. After orgasm, he keeps standing for about 5 mins and even hets harder! (this is the reason that I dont believe that I have some kind of VL which some brothers here suspected). Before my ED, he almost immediately started his "way down" right after orgasm. The answer of my urologists: We have never heared about this, so it cannot exist. Its in your mind. Bravo!
I mean, for an expert it cannot be impossible the find the reason for all this... but the "experts" deny that it can exist at all.
