Postby Floppy » Mon Jul 23, 2018 11:54 am

I have had little success with 20-1-30 Trimix dr says increase the dose up to 30 units now there results aren’t any better but the pain is stronger. Any ideas?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and pure speculation or delusion at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Of course the first question would be if you have your injection technique perfected and know you're getting the juice into the correct spot.

Assuming your injection technique is good, I'd suggest adding a cock ring to the mix. You were reporting some results with the injection at the doctors office so try adding a ring and see what happens. Try several different models. I use Lyps brand sex shop type novelty rings sourced from Amazon. You don't want rings any tighter than necessary so you're not time limited.

Keep using a VED for therapy.

It's not recommended but I get my best results when taking some generic, sourced through Canada, Indian Viagra an hour beforehand. For me the Viagra does nothing noticeable by itself but supplements injections well. Use with care.

It's still very early for you. It took me longer to get it sorted out.

The pain is not from the needle it seems deep within . Do you experience pain from the drug ?

Some people have pain from the pge1 may be the reason for burning pain. If so you can switch to bi-mix.

Hope that helps.

I have been testing various mix ratios and strengths for efficacy. PGE by itself above about 30 mcg or in a Tri-Mix above about 30 mcg causes an aching burn in me. The papavarine and phenotlomine seem to have little negative effect when I've injected alone. The Tri-Mix is a bit more effective therapeutically and you can typically get by with less PGE (say 4-12 mcg). Around that 30 mcg point or more it can inhibit ejaculation the burn is so noticeable. This an be beneficial for my partner as it provides a longer session but no E for me. And mixes above 30 or so mcg of PGE produce a stiffer member, better for her. In part it depends on what your and your partner's goals are.

PS: what are the 20-1-30 components? A standard starter mix is 30 mg/ml papavarine, 1 mg/ml phentolomine, 20 mcg/ml PGE. I am using a 30-2-40 now at 0.20 ml.

If by using rings and or viagra, etc you can use less juice, you will be less likely to experience the alprostadil educed pain. Also, many users who experience the PGE-1 pain find that the pain reaction moderates after the user has used the drug for awhile.

I giggled at this but do we all need to post a "legal" disclaimer? I thought it was understood that unless stated otherwise, that we are all layman just representing our own personal experience.

Admin, you can delete my two preceding redundant posts. Dunno how/why they appeared. B
