Guys my implant is scheduled for Aug 8th. So I can only tell you what I know so far from talking to surgeons, implant makers and Frank Talk posts. Look up DougAnd on this site if you want to see some of the things I've found out. The most important one is to CHOOSE YOUR SURGEON WISELY!.
You both want to grow your penis after implant, right? Only one product by one company does that. AMS 700 LGX. It will stretch your penis up to 2 inches longer after implant if your tunica has that length. It cannot give you what nature did not provide. Using this product it is very hard for your surgeon to screw up the measurement. You should call up Jamie Matson with AMS Boston Scientific and ask for their RN in your area to be at your surgery. The RN will give you an implant within about 1 mm (not 2 cm shorter like many surgeons do) difference from your measurement. But read my "Surgeons bible" post and you will see that your measurement will probably be sloppy. I expect that mine in a few weeks will be. The RN has no control over that. So my 6.5 flaccid/erect penis will probably come out of surgery about 5.8 or 5.9 inches. No problem, the LGX will do the rest and I will be 6.5 inches fully erect within a year or so if I so choose to do the work. Good luck to us all and happy pumping! PS The longer you wait the shorter you will become.

Kosh200,
I founded the PeyroniesSociety and PeyroniesForum.net so obviously I have PD. It is pretty well dormant at this point. I am now fairly straight but have lost length. I am scheduled to be implanted on August 8th by Dr. Eid.
I have great respect for Dr. Levine for PD issues but unless he does more than 100 implants a year I would find a high volume implant doctor.
