Well I have tried posting here before but got no response so I thought I would try again, I was implanted 6 weeks ago, my DR inflated me to 60% in his office a week ago and sent me home with a clean bill of health.
I have been inflating nightly and the scrotum is very sore after the squeezes and my penis is triangle shaped wide at the bottom and pointy at the top.
After 8-10 pumps the ball gets very hard, if I wait and pump again I can get another squeeze and I feel a stretch inside but trying to squeeze hard makes the scrotum very sore.
My doctor says all is normal but I am a little disappointed with the size and the amount of pressure it takes to inflate the tubes.
I guess what I am asking is all of this "normal" and I am hoping this will improve.

As far as pumping goes, yes it’s normal. Try pumping twice a day if possible. Try to get more pumps in every 5 minutes or so. The pump will get easier and your scrotum will feel better in time.

I do not have my implant yet so take this for what it is worth, but Dr. Eid instructs patients to take a pain pill, sit in a tub of warm water for up to 40 minutes twice a day, and cycle. The pump should be more pliable and the discomfort decreased. This combination should help you to increase the pumps when you cycle.

Yes very normal. I went through the same thing when I first started to inflate. After 10 squeezes my pump would get hard as a rock and it worried me. Do as suggested pump twice a day and it will get easier and you should get your length and girth. The pump will get easier. The tube need to stretch out.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

At 6 weeks I was still tender. What really helped pumping is I have a 105 degree hot tub. My experience with pumps was similar to you. How long is your implant tubes. I got in 30 slow pumps in today.

I was in the same boat. Cone shape Skinny flat dick..... I'm 10 months in now and it looks completely different, and I still have more too go . Hang in there, it takes some time.
