I don't know about Caverject but Edex, the other brand, comes in 10s, 20s and 40s: https://www.cvs.com/drug/edex/powder-for-solution-for-injection/40mcg. That might do the trick for you but that is a heavy dose. If you haven't yet, try a cock ring along with your injection. An implant might be the best solution for you.
