One thing I’m particularly concerned about is the nature of operation; losing that spur of the moment spontaneity, time it takes to inflate, how to inflate, when and where and how it might make one feel.

Of course I know that should one get to this stage, the likelihood of them having good, spontaneous erections is diminished but it does give one pause.

I’m on Day 5 post-op

No swelling or bruising & hardly any pain. Rode 9-hours yesterday to come home & hardly any discomfort. Doctor left me a bit inflated until I got home. Deflating wasn’t that hard.

Been resting a lot, but still getting naked pics of girls to my phone from boredom & my dick honestly still swells when I’m aroused.

Excited to start cycling next week

My flaccid size is pretty nice. Doc said I’d be rocking 7” with more girth. Dick feels good

I've found that it's very hard to get the younger members of this community to divulge the kind of information that other younger members might have particular interest in.

It seems to me that the men in the younger age groups tend to get the implant and move on; choosing not to stick around and continue to share their experiences etc. I can only hope that this means that they are thrilled with their decisions and have chosen to put this whole thing behind them.

So if there are any other younger members out there, I'd love to hear from you and if you are one of the aforementioned, please don't hesitate to provide updates.

I've not seen a more comprehensive or well-written account of the implant, certainly by a young man but indeed perhaps by any man.

It’s just the numbers. There are far less young men suffering from ED than older gentlemen. A lot of ppl of all ages stop posting. I’ve been on this board over 5 years and many ppl have come and gone. I was implanted at age 35 and I’ve stayed here to share my experience with other men suffering from ed. There is plenty of information about young men with implants on this board, just gotta search.

Hey there, i really can relate with this discussion and post. i'm 33 YO and i just got my implant on July 24. That's 21 days and the road has been rough. Had severe pain for the first week, and the upcoming days were really hard on walking and moving around, but today, 3 week from the surgery date, i can honestly say i'm just fine. I went partially inflated home and got deflated after a week, which was extremely painful. Today, i was able to get my first by-myself inflation and deflation, and I gotta say... i'm really disappointed. Being single and screwing around, I always got a few compliments on the size of my tool. Had nice engorgement and even when it was not "big" or "huge" it looked of nice length and full glands. Today, I stand with a 5.1 inches on an erect state, which is at least 1.1 inch less than my previous state so it all comes down: are you willing to keep having semi-rigid erections for the rest of your life or have a shorter penis with a steady erection when intercourse? I think my decision would at least taken longer if I was prepared for 1.1 inch shorter. I'm a bit on the disappointed lane, but still waiting on my last appointment with my doctor to ask a few questions. There's a lot of information that does not apply to everybody, specially for younger guys and the specific time in life you are experiencing.

SARocker, Give it time. A 21 cm with extenders has to get you to 6in. I am 15cm with 5cm extenders and an approaching 6 inch.
