Is anything better than Edex ?

I have been using Edex for several years , using their #40 which is their largest dose and does a "so-so job" . Has anyone who has used Edex had better luck with one of the other meds, such as bimix, trimix or quadmix. Thanks for your help, Deano

FWIW: I use Trimix because my local compounding pharmacy mixes only that - but I also buy pre-mixed Edex syringes for travel (very expensive but don't need refrigeration).

You should be able to get PG1 from compound pharmacy. It is one of the ingredients in Tri Mix.

I went price-shopping today. Trimix or Alprostadil (matters not) 5ml vial = $100. so, at .25cc, that's $5 to look like a 14-year old again. I'll take it.

What strength was that Trimix? A stronger Trimix would require less amount to inject and save you more money. Also ask how much 10ml is. A good portion of the cost for Trimix is for compounding the drugs so 10 ml is probably only another $25? I think the cost for compounding 10ml is probably the same or similar to the cost as compounding 5ml? I paid $125 for 10ml... 5 - 2ml vials of 40/30/1 Trimix and also got a package of Sudafed and a 10 pack of generic syringes for that same $125. It only takes me 0.04 (a few drops or 2 clicks on my syringes I use) for a good 2 hour towel rod style erection. If my math is correct that's 250 doses at 50 cents a dose. That should last me a month or two? Just kidding! I wish I got that much pussy!

I started with pure PGE1, Caverject (same as Edex) and quickly worked up from 10 to 30-40 mcg. It burned like hell and inhibited ejacuation and burned for hours. You can get by with far less PGE1 in a Tri-Mix, I find in a 30-2-40 mix that 0.2ml can be quite effective due to the synergy of the other components. That's 8 mcg of PGE1 and less burn. Sometimes I boost that with additional PGE1 to 14 or 20mcg total (I have separate PGE1 vials at 60 mcg/ml). The bad news is that the higher PGE1 burns so much that I cannot ejaculate *(especially if under 30-4 days) which means very long sessions for wifey - like 30-60+ minutes - which she likes very much. OTOH if it's been over 4 days or so and I use a less burning weaker injection, it can go 15-20 min with ejaculation. Sometimes this suits us too. We call it "research" here . So you can experiment with our mix amount but Tri-Mix definitely seems to have less burn.
